OUTDOOR SOCCER RULES: MANDATORY CAPTAIN’S MEETING: Each team must be represented Thursday, March 19th at 6 PM in Rec Center Room 48 in the basement for a MANDATORY Captain’s Meeting to be eligible to participate in the season. There is a $10 fine for missing the captain’s meeting that must be paid before 2 pm on Friday, March 20th or your team will be removed from the league. What’s next? Once Online Registration is open, please do the following: 1. Access online team registration link via Campus Rec website at www.campusrec.tcu.edu/intra/index.html. 2. If you are a first time user of the new IM online site, you will need to create a login. If you have already registered, then simply log in. This is not the same as your TCU login info, although you can set it up to be the same. 3. New users will be emailed a login ID and password. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your online account. 4. Once the registration deadline is over, and schedules are created, captains will be sent an email to view their schedule, and to invite players to join their roster. You may do this by logging in with the information you created in the above steps. Once logged in, go to Management link on left (under Leagues/Tournaments). 5. On the League Management page, you will be able to view your schedule, view rosters of other teams in your league, and access your own roster. 6. It is the captain’s responsibility to get his/her team’s roster set. To do this you must invite your teammates via email. Simply select the “Team” button, then “Invite Team Member”. Then add the names of your teammates and their TCU emails, type a small message asking them to join your team, and an email will be sent to them. 7. Your teammates will create a login ID just like you did, then click the “Join Team” button, select your team, and they are enrolled.
