THE STORY Express Park was originally farmland back in 2000. Dutch developers had the foresight to re-purpose the land, through a substantial investment in flood defence and alleviation works, to create the business park. It's home to some major global business and significant employers such as Refresco, Toolstation, EDF and the NHS. TCN UK, the regeneration and office space experts, bought Express Park in 2008 and have continued to invest in the site, thus NEST@Mallard was born.

Bridgwater bus station. Bay 4. Bus 21A to Burnham on Sea will stop at Bristol Road, Adj to Brewer’s Fayre. Jump off there. Approx. 3 minutes walk to us.
If you're a geographical genius, from the M5, take Junction 24. It's a 4 minute drive from there. When you come onto Express Park, go straight over the two roundabouts, NEST@Mallard is on your left hand side.
