Founder and President of the company that bears his name, Tim Carr brings an unmatched level of expertise to his property management clients. For the past 35 years, he has worked with thousands of individuals in the Coastal Orange County area, assisting them in marketing and selling their homes, rental properties, as well as multifamily investment portfolios
Tim’s success is built on the cornerstones of extensive market knowledge, skillful negotiation, and strategic marketing. His vast expertise developed during his tenures at Waterfront Properties, Strada Properties, and Coldwell Banker International Previews. At the
heart of his business model is his passion for working with clients and his unwavering commitment to delivering on their needs and objectives.
In 2013, his customer-focused work ethic led him to Villa Real Estate, the West Coast’s most technologically advanced, client-centered, and marketing-driven luxury residential real estate brokerage, as one of its founding partners. The success of Tim’s approach is evidenced by the fact that the majority of his practice is comprised of repeat and referral business including that of Orange County’s top homebuilders and
lenders, who rely on him to represent their properties.
Tim holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business and often serves as a guest lecturer at NYU and Pepperdine University, where he speaks to graduate students about trends in economics, business practices, and marketing strategies. He resides in Newport Beach with his family.
TANA LEDGERWOOD - director of operations
As the leader of the team, Tana has been the driving force behind the impressive 20% year-over-year growth of the Tim Carr Group Rentals volume for the last decade and a half. Tana’s dependability, strong work ethic, and problem solving capabilities are as imperative to the business as is her honest approach, valued by the company's clients
Tana’s passion and drive are key to her successful record in running the operations side of the business. As a head of a full-service property management company, Tana plays a role of an account manager to each of over 120 clients who employ the services of Tim Car Group Rentals. Involved in all aspects of the leasing process, Tana oversees pricing, tenant screening as well as marketing of assets. Clients, investors, and homeowners alike appreciate Tana’s fierce dedication to her position within the company.
ERIN DEEGAN - chief financial officer
Erin has played a critical role as Chief Financial Officer since joining the company in 2005. After graduation from University of California, Santa Barbara, Erin had a successful career in corporate finance with senior positions at several national banks before joining the Tim Carr Group. Her commonsense approach to tackling the endless complexities of apartment management, partnership agreements, and her solid accounting practices have been a cornerstone of our growth. When not at the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and three active children.

LORI RING
For nearly a decade, building owners and tenants have relied on Lori Ring due her expertise in navigating the rental process. With outstanding organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset, Lori personally handles every step to ensure a smooth transaction. Beginning with pre-screening of all rental applications to communicating with prospective tenants regarding any questions. Lori's tasks also include scheduling appointments and showing vacant properties to all qualified prospective applicants After approval, Lori is in charge of performing detailed move-in inspections for both interior and exterior of each property. Known as the office Jack-of-all-trades, she also coordinates maintenance requests and repairs, and follows up on rent payments.
SHERYLL CARTER
Known for an outstanding work ethic and the ability to manage a multitude of tasks with ease, Sheryll takes on challenges and strives for expedient and efficient resolutions for every TCG client. Treating all involved with utmost respect and offering individualized attention whenever issues arise, Sheryll is known as a solver. Having built outstanding relationships with vendors, building owners, and tenants alike, Sheryll is responsible for advising clients on maintenance, upgrades, and design of their rental assets. Born and raised in Orange County, Sheryll’s familiarity with the area is the key to her knowledge of the market and trends. Sheryll lives by the motto, “People remember the way you make them feel,” always striving to leave a positive impression.
MONIQUE MORGAN
Born and raised in Costa Mesa, Monique understands the numerous aspects of life in the area, including the intricacies of the real estate rental market. As a member of the Tim Carr Group, Monique Morgan serves as a customer service liaison, building new relationships as well as cultivating existing ones. Monique works tirelessly on behalf of owners and tenants alike, always offering candid advice. With a cheerful disposition, she brings a youthful yet sophisticated sense to her role at the company. When not assisting clients, Monique enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, doing Pilates, and going out on a Duffy with her family.
