How to change your activity controls?  Visit the Activity controls page.  Choose the setting you want to update and switch it to on (green) or off (grey).

How to delete your history?  Visit the Activity controls page.  Choose the setting you want to update, and click Manage history.  From here, you can see any history that's been saved and delete it.
