The Painting Extends To� Block�13�in Beige

Building Paint for Block�13

Block�13�was also included in the painting� projects,�with a Sandy Beige colour;�Block� 13�hosts a number of residential areas� and shops and a face left was due��The� job included the installation of drain pipes� and replacing the old rain scuppers as� well�

Tala Bay Destination Management started� a full project in terms of building painting� and paint refresh;�Block�11�was painted� with a the Light Taupe Colour and building� patching� Paint project took around two months and� Block�11�is now looking as fresh as the day� constructed� The job included the installation of drain� pipes and replacing the old rain scuppers�

For more than Three Months ala� Bay Maintenance Team took on the� full project of painting the majority� of the village;�and Block�14�was� part of it�;�The painting job and� exterior upkeep was conducted to� keep the famous look and feel of� Tala Bay fresh and brand new� It was Painted in a Sandy Beige� Colour to Match our architecture� vibe�

The Beach Club Painting The ever so costal and bright Beach Club of� Tala Bay had a paint refresh during the� overall Painting Project at the village,�giving� our guests and residents the crisp white� and bright blue they love and adore a fresh� new coat for the summer�

Marina Jetties underwent repairs and� painting of the wooden pallets on the marina� walk;�this is one of the projects that the� Destination Management Team does in goal� of a constant upkeep to our Marina Village�

Parking Pergola Repaint for��Block�33���Block� 34���Block�36���Block�18���Block�19 Parking Pergolas across the village under� went a painting job along side the building� painting project around the same time;� Block�33,�34,�36,�18,�19�&�24�Pergolas are� enjoying a fresh coat of paint� Our goal here is to keep every corner in our� beautiful costal village fresh,�and looking it’s� best,�while keeping our ever so stunning� architect and landscape�

Work is Being Done for� The Lower Pool

Installation of new vacuum� line for Lower Pools Regular maintenance is due when it comes to the� infrastructure of any pool therefore a new� vacuum line got installed in the lower pool� In addition to the skimmer and main drain suction� the vacuum line is essential to create a strong� suction to keeps the pool and the water in a� crystal clear quality as you love and enjoy�

Installing Gauge Valve on The Main Water� Headers in All Mechanical Rooms� All Mechanical Rooms across Tala Bay got� our Maintenance Team full attention;� starting from paint jobs on the inside of the� rooms,�to general upkeep��While on project� the main water header got a new Gauge� Valves;�which helps in controlling and� maintaining water pressure that feeds all� Residential Areas��

All Covered in the� Purification�&�Refining� Station Install New Irrigation Tank Cover� Updates are going across the village� and it’s facilities;�to maintain the� upkeep of our irrigation tanks� cleanliness the maintenance team of� Tala Bay changed the covers of the� tank to keep the water reserved as� per standard levels�

Installing New� Mechanical Water� Meters for Apartment� in TalaBay Area� Mechanical Water Meters has been� replaced for some apartments as an� upkeep procedure��

Creating a Second Kids Playing Area�&�Cozy Place for Some Active Fun

Fronting Phase�4�near the entrance of The Beach Club� there’s a designated cozy kids��corner,��a fun selection of� kid’s outdoor games to keep you little one happy during� the day,�for our residences and a place for our guest’s� kids to have fun too� It is relatively small in size but the memories that are� made within our spectacular village is bigger than any fun� under the sun for our active toddlers� As it’s knowing from us by now;�we keep updating and� upgrading wherever and whenever it’s needed and� desired;�therefor a fresh sandy corner within the Kids� play area was created to a little safe adventure ahead� White sand was spread and framed to create a separate� play area where your kids can build a sand-castle if they� wanted,�or simply toss some sand around in innocent� glee��At later stages a small climbing wall was installed for� more of those little adventures� Regular maintenance and upkeep is done on regular basis� in terms of bench painting and toys upkeep�

COMMUNITY MATTERS ��Owners shall adhere to Rental Regulations� within Tala Bay� ��Residents must use car parking space to� park their vehicles��Visitors,�skippers and� butlers shall use the public car park area near� The Beach Club� ��Access the gym facility in line with the� precautionary measures set by relevant� authorities�� ��Personal trainers are allowed in the gym� facility for the purpose of training residents� only,�a confirmed booking is required ��The Security and Community Management� Team are there to protect and look after the� well-being of the residents��Residents are� requested to treat all staff members in a� cordial manner ��Owners and Residents shall enjoy their� Property and the Common Areas in such a� manner as not to interfere with the peaceful� use and enjoyment of the other owners and� occupiers��Residents shall not create any� nuisance,�disturbance to the Community ��Residents���Guests shall adhere to� swimming Pool regulations� ��Residents���Guests shall Place garbage in� tightly closed bags and place them in the� areas designated for garbage collection

���Maintain cleanliness of the building� located within the unit owned thereby� from inside and outside,�including� cleanliness of building aisles,�windows,� views and balconies,�and not to pour� water on the stairs or the public� utilities of the building and not to throw� water and/or garbage from the unit� windows ��Adhere to the traffic regulations and� laws,�warning signs and speed limits� ��Restrain from vehicle washing or� change of oils except in the areas� designated for that purpose within the� village by the company ��Maintain cleanliness and refrain from� throwing garbage on the Beach and� drop them in the places designated for� this purpose ��Maintain company properties� available on the Beach���Pool and not to� cause any damage for them ��Not to make fire and/or camping� except after obtaining a prior written� permission from the company ��Owners���Residents who wish to carry� out any maintenances or renovations� shall adhere to the contracting� regulations�

AESTHETICS ARE IMPORTANT We care about the aesthetics and architecture of the Community because it has� an impact in protecting the value of the property and upholding Tala Bay Image� ��Hanging of laundry outside on clothe lines,�balconies��gardens,�or other items� affects the aesthetics of Tala Bay ��Alterations to Building facades,�Exteriors,�Paint colors,�Pergolas and Roofs shall� follow Property Modifications guidelines� ��Not to put water tanks or solar heaters on the unit roof and the village buildings� in general ��Not to make any additions or alterations on the external lighting units of the unit ��Not to fix or install radio and visual transmission aerials or dishes of all forms and� types on village buildings roofs,�views,�balconies or frontage of the unit

PETS MATTERS Pets are important in our life,�Owners and residents who wish to have their Pets� in Tala Bay shall adhere to the Below�� ��Pets are banned from wandering unattended in any part of the resort and must� be kept on a leash���control at all times, ��Pets must be under the owner’s control at all times and should never disturb� other guests, ��Guests are required to pick up after their Pets,� ��Guests shall assume full responsibility and liability for any actions/incidents� caused by their Pets, ��Pets are prohibited from being anywhere in or around the pool area or The� Beach Club
