Catering Menu

Tayybeh Tayybeh is the Arabic word for “kind” and in the Syrian dialect it means “delicious.” These two principles are the inspiration behind Tayybeh, a women-run food company that has brought some of the most complex, unique, and delicious dishes from the Middle East’s finest cuisine to Vancouver. After glowing reviews and remarkable demand, Tayybeh is building on the incredible success of its pop-up dinner series by offering some of its best recipes through a new catering service.

While preparing mouth-watering dishes, Tayybeh supports Syrian women newcomers by providing them with an income and financial independence. Through Tayybeh, they build connections and interact with the communities they live in, while doing somethingthey love--to cook!

Baba Ghannouj (vegan, gluten-free) Eggplant, colourful chopped peppers, pomegranate, parsley and olive oil

Yalanji (vegan, gluten-free) Vine leaves rolls stuffed with aromatic rice, herbs and spices
