Challenge: Previous supplier was taking over thirty days to deliver new name badges. Part of the problem was the ordering of the name badges was a manual process. Retail Location, pushed request to HQ who then had to place the order.

Cost Savings

Solution: Taylor Procurement worked with our raw material suppliers to find a readily available material. This search also provided two options at less costs.

Result: 5% reduction on price. Over 10% reduction on by streamlining the order process.

Retail Client, > 1000 Locations

Challenge: Current supplier initiated multiple price increases, latest of over 15%. Supplier had issues in getting raw material, delays were common so new marketing initiatives were often delayed.

Case Studies

Solution: Taylor Procurement, worked with our vast network of raw material suppliers to search out alternative materials, more readily available, less costly.

Result: Faster turn times, days not weeks. Marketing tactics were no longer delayed due to raw materials. Taylor was able to maintain previous price, current supplier was initiating a 15% price hike.
