CONCERNS have been voiced over the future of Wallingford pending two major developments in the area. With South Oxfordshire District Council having allocated land for 555 homes at ‘Site B’ off Wantage Road, developers Berkeley Group are due to submit a further planning application for about the same number at Winterbrook. The move would see more than 1,000 homes in total being built in the town, which has a population of about 8,000. The newly-proposed plans at Winterbrook have angered residents and campaigners, coming before the completion of the town’s Neighbourhood Plan. Town councillor Adrian Lloyd said: “It should be up to
