Hands up for fun in the sun

EAT me and drink me would have been appropriate phrases at Oxford’s Westgate rooftop terrace at the weekend as it took on an Alice in Wonderland theme. Young visitors enjoyed an

interactive storytelling adventure as they went down the rabbit hole at a summer party. Musical bingo with DJs was played in the sun as the terrace’s restaurants were packed with

hungry and thirsty diners. Brendan Hattam, general manager at Westgate Oxford, said: “We’re delighted to officially open the roof terrace for our first summer. It’s a great place to be

in the warmer weather, and we’ve had a jam-packed weekend with amazing activities from magical storytelling, wondrous taste sensations and madcap musical bingo.”
