Absinth Lemercier Amer (FR - 72°) € 10 Lemercier is a noble high class absinth from the famous absinth region Fougerolles. Great balance and complex herbal taste with a touch of anis.

Doubs Mistyque “Carte d’or” (FR – 65°) € 16 This is a superb ultrapremium absinth distilled in century old alambics in Pontarlier, in the heart of the Doubs region of eastern France, the historical home of absinth.

Rocquet (FR – 75°) € 13 The 1797 contains the classic trinity of anis, fennel and wormwood, together with several other herbs, some of which will be found in no other commercially available absinth.

This strong absinth is good for the treatment of impotence.

François Guy (FR – 45°) € 10 The most popular absinth of Pontarlier.

Opaline Absinth “Best Absinth 2008” (CH – 68°) € 16 A real Swiss “verte” made with 12 different plants including the famous wormwood of the Val-deTravers. The rebel and diabolic sister of the Clandestine....

Libertine (FR – 72°) € 8.5 This one is quite similar to the previous one only the taste is less bitter.

Fougerolles blanche or verte (FR – 74°/72°) € 12 “La blanche” of Fougerolles is a high quality absinth. Strong and well balanced! “La verte” of Fougerolles is an absinth in which you can recognize the wormwood (absinth herbs) very well.

King of spirits (CZ - 70°) € 16 One of the heaviest versions around.

Unfiltered Absinth with the wormwood still in the bottle. A strong absinth with a high level of thujon, so only one glass per person a day allowed in our bar!
