When Superintendent Kirk Lewis retires in January, it will bring to a close a 30-year career with Pasadena ISD, where he has held the top position since 2005. Lewis, who also worked in the district’s Communications Department, earned his bachelor’s degree in advertising from Texas Tech University and his master’s degree in education futures from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. His doctorate in educational leadership was conferred by Lamar University.
