Schedule of Fees and Charges
(Effective January 2025)
Study tours are by request and subject to availability.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total fee must be paid before a booking is confirmed.
Payment of the booking deposit constitutes consent to the TAS study Tour Terms and Conditions (Appendix 1).
All study tours to TAS are admitted on the basis that all fees and charges are paid in advance.
2hr School Visits
• Guided tour of TAS White Rock Campus school grounds, morning tea and small gift
• 8.30am to 10.30am.
• No student integration.
• Minimum 15 and maximum 60 students.
½, 1 & 2 day Study Tours
• Detailed program itinerary of integrated program
• Varied, fun and engaging classroom lessons with local students. e.g. sport, cooking, art, language, games, cultural exchange. ESL lessons and school tour may be included if timetabled lesson is not available.
• School hours
• Morning tea, gift and certificate.
• Minimum 15 and maximum 30 students per day.

TAS STUDY TOUR
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A Trinity Anglican School (TAS) study tour is a fee-for service short-term inbound educational program for overseas students. The study tour enables a group of overseas students to have an educational and cultural experience in an Australian school and for local students to also benefit from the experience Short school visits (without integration) are also covered under these terms and conditions.
1. Booking and payment.
1.1. To secure a study tour booking, the booking deposit component of the invoice must be paid by payment due date. If this is not forthcoming, there is no guarantee that the date(s) will be available for the tour.
1.2. Payment of the booking deposit constitutes consent to all the terms and conditions contained this document.
1.3. Payments must be made in accordance with the payment instructions detailed in the invoice.
1.4. The balance of invoice must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the tour, or the tour may be cancelled.
1.5. Where a tour has been booked withing 8 weeks prior to the commencement the full amount of the tour booking will due.
2. Cancellation and refund
2.1 A percentage of the total tour fee will be refunded depending on the amount of notice given as follows

2.2 If, due to unforeseen circumstances, TAS must cancel the study tour, all fees will be fully refunded.
2.3 In the event of a TAS cancellation, the school will endeavour to offer alternative study tour dates where possible.
2.4 Requests for changes to student numbers, either increased or decreased, that are made after a booking has been confirmed will be accepted and charged, or refunded accordingly at the school’s discretion.
3. Responsibilities of TAS
3.1 TAS on campus responsibilities commence when the study tour participants (students and staff) arrive on campus on the specified date, and at the place specified in the program itinerary, and end when the participants leave the campus each day.
3.2 All programs begin and end at the meeting time and location listed in the program itinerary
3.3 If improvements can be made to the program itinerary, or unforeseen circumstances require a change, TAS reserves the right to amend the itinerary at any time without notice. If any changes arise, TAS will do their best to inform the visiting group as soon as possible
3.4 TAS reserves the right to immediately remove any study tour participant for failure to abide by policies or directions of the school. Students who are removed from a tour will not have the right to a refund of any amount and will not continue with the group.
3.5 TAS cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control, such as, (without limitation) acts of God, war (whether declared or undeclared), terrorist activities, public health matters, government restrictions or strikes: nor of its own negligence, for personal injury, property damage, or loss of earnings, from any event whatsoever caused from persons not involved with TAS, such as without limitation, airlines, cruise lines, railways, bus companies, all forms of transportation, places of accommodation, their employees and agents.
3.6 TAS makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its publications and cannot be held responsible for typographical or printing errors (including prices).
3.7 Any issues that may arise during the study tour pertaining to the program should be addressed to the TAS Study Tour Coordinator nominated on the Program Itinerary
4. Responsibilities of the Agent
4.1 The Agent will arrange s upport staff (Group Coordinator / Teachers), who have at least an upper intermediate or advanced level of English to communicate with TAS staff and to supervise students.
4.2 At least 2 weeks prior to the first day of the study tour, the Agent will provide a list of all study tour participants (staff and students) including the name, phone and email contact for the Group Coordinator
4.3 The support staff to student ratio must be at least 1:15
4.4 Students must be at least 11 years old, on the first day of the study tour.
4.5 At all times, the Agent and support staff are responsible for the welfare and safety of students, including student medical needs, history, medication, and support plans.
4.6 Ensure support staff are always available and supervising participating students and model and encourage behaviour that upholds the welfare and best interests of students.
4.7 The Agent is responsible for all study tour arrangements, including international travel, passports, visas, vaccinations, health and travel insurance, transport, accommodation, meals (where not specifically provided for in the fees) and activities organised outside of TAS
4.8 The Agent will ensure all participants have comprehensive travel insurance, which must include cover for medical expenses, repatriation, personal accident and liability, theft and cancellation They will ensure that each participant is aware that it is their responsibility to provide their insurer with information about any pre-existing medical condition.
4.9 TAS will not be liable for any damage or theft of personal property on campus. All property brought on campus is at the participants’ own risk.
4.10 All insurances must be in place prior to departure from the participants’ home country.
4.11 The Agent consents to the use of all photos taken by TAS unless specifically requested otherwise in writing. The Agent and participants will abide by the TAS Photography and Imagery policy, including the condition that a third party cannot use the photographs and/or recordings for the purposes of education, promotion, advertising, sale or trade unless agreed upon by TAS.
4.12 Participants are expected to abide by TAS policies and rules including the Visitor Responsibility Statement (Appendix 1) and the Secondary Student Code of Conduct (Appendix 2)
4.13 Kewarra Beach Junior is home to a number of animals and birds, including agile wallabies, scrub turkeys, lizards, lace monitors, lorikeets, kookaburras and snakes. Students are NOT to approach or chase any wildlife on the school grounds or attempt to feed them. The Agent will advise participants of the presence of wallabies and TAS and abide by the Interactions with Wildlife (Kewarra Beach) policy.
4.14 The Agent and support staff will assist TAS to complete any relevant incident report form in relation to any incidents that occur during the study tour in line with TAS policies and procedures.
