HORECA ÂŽ The International Trade Fair of Hotel and Catering Equipment HORECAÂŽ is a response to dynamic development of hotel and catering industry in Poland. In the same place and time the comprehensive offer for hotel and restaurant is presented: equipment for interior, reception, kitchen but also food and wine from all around the world.

GASTROFOOD ® The best option for companies offering products and services for catering industry

Coffee and Tea Salon Salon brings many possibilities of making new business contacts and in the same time become an excuse to discover once again the art of preparing tea and coffee

Sweet Inspiration Salon The perfect place to present „sweet recipes” and to establish business contacts of producers and suppliers of sweet products, ice cream, confectionery decorations and equipment of cade, confectionery and ice cream parlours with restaurateurs

Beer&More Salon The formula of professional trade fair distinguish Beer&More Salon from other beer festivals and brings unique opportunity to meet potential long-term business partners

We are very content with the participation in HORECA® Trade Fair. We managed to reach few customers and we hope that it will be finalised with many contracts.

What’s more, I think that HORECA® Trade Fair is a very good place to present our company to wider audience. We hope that we will be here again in next year.

We’ve been participating in HORECA® Trade Fair for the ninth time. This year was positively surprising – Visitors are even more interested and, what should be stressed, that isn’t only curtesy on their side. We can keep business talks here on the specific topics and this is what we care for the most. At the moment nothing indicates that we will resign from participation in this event. The trade fairs are the best way to present new products introduced to the market – the effect like this can’t be achieved by on-line advertisement or 3D visualisation. Here it is possible to touch and test products.

The HORECA Academy During 3 days of the HORECA Academy and the Masters Kitchen the novelties of HoReCa industry were presented. Visitors of the Trade Fair were able to join the interactive show stimulating all the senses. It was possible to see trends in gastronomy, listen to the experts, taste new dishes and understand the technology of the future. „I work in catering and I received the invitation for HORECA® Trade Fair from my restaurant. I find the trade fair very good – we found here many awesome Chefs, there are exhibitors with equipment for catering and very interesting presentations of cooking art.

Anyone will find here something worth attention and if someone works in this industry and want to be up to date, they should be here at the Trade Fair.”

The Masters of the Menu

During the first day of the Trade Fair, the visitors participated in special concert. On the one stage 55 musicians from Wieniawa Orchestra met with two outstanding chefs to create an exceptional culinary and musical journey.

In this way the people who form HoReCa industry were appreciated by organiser of the HORECAÂŽ Trade Fair.

Cup Tasters 2018

One of the most prestigious competitions in Poland, organised under the patronage of Polish Chapter of Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) The winner Adam Michalak will take part in World Cup Tasters Championship 2018 in Dubai

The 7th Waiters Race in Krakow

Once again waiters took part in the competition.

The skill, agility, wit and knowledge were what mattered. The Jury judged carefully the participants. The 7th Waiters Race was won by Maciej Łusiński, representing Wedding House Bartek in Bielsko-Biała

„A year ago I took second place. This time I see the progress – I reached highest place on the podium! I am very proud about winning. I had to prepare a little bit to the competition - more mentally than physically because the stress level is incredible. It makes me even more proud that diploma for the best waiter will hang on the wall in place where I work. It is distinction for me and also for the restaurant – prestige and additional advertisement”
