MEET THE TEAM

Chloe Bailey lives in Southern New South Wales where she owns and operates her Limousin stud, Lynfield Livestock, established in 2023. Unlike many in the cattle industry, Chloe did not grow up on a farm. Her journey began through her high school agriculture program, where she discovered a passion for the red meat industry that has since grown into both a career and a passion. Establishing her own stud has provided invaluable insight into cattle breeding, management, and marketing, and has deepened her appreciation for the role that youth can play in shaping the future of the beef industry. Chloe has recently completed her veterinary science degree and is preparing to begin her career in rural mixed animal practice.

Chloe has also been actively engaged in youth programs and leadership roles within the Australian cattle industry. These opportunities have strengthened her skills in communication, teamwork, and event organisation, while also highlighting the importance of mentoring the next generation. She is passionate about creating pathways for young people in agriculture, encouraging the next generation of cattle producers and ensuring young voices play a role in shaping the future of beef production. Representing Australia at the inaugural Farmfair International Youth Competition, Chloe is eager to connect with likeminded young leaders from around the globe, share ideas, and bring home knowledge and experiences that will strengthen her own journey as both a veterinarian and a beef producer.

Eden Kaminski is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Agriculture at the University of New England, where he is pursuing his immense passion for agriculture, with a particular focus on beef cattle. Growing up on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, Eden was actively involved in his family’s commercial beef cattle enterprise. This early exposure fostered both a deep respect for livestock production and the foundation of his knowledge in the beef industry. Over recent years, Eden’s enthusiasm has gravitated towards the complexities of breeding, genetics, and livestock management across diverse production systems and environments.

Recently establishing himself as a registered Angus breeder, Eden is committed to building a stud herd that reflects his passion for genetic improvement and sustainable beef production. He is equally dedicated to educating and inspiring the next generation of breeders, recognising the value of passing on knowledge and fostering opportunities for youth in agriculture. Eden looks forward to the professional and personal growth that lies ahead, particularly the chance to expand his networks, strengthen his practical and scientific understanding of cattle production, and contribute meaningfully to both Australian and international beef industries.

Will Hadley is from a small town in Northeast Tasmania, where his family runs a small commercial operation alongside his own Angus stud – Heatherfield Angus. Will’s passion for agriculture and the beef industry was ignited when he joined his high school cattle show team at the age of 13. Since then, he has gone on to establish his own seedstock operation focusing on commercially relevant and functional Angus cattle while working towards creating a point of difference. Will is currently in his first year of studying a Bachelor of Animal Science at the University of New England, majoring in Livestock. His academic pursuits are strongly aligned with his practical experience, allowing him to deepen his knowledge and further his long-term commitment to the beef industry.

Will has a keen interest in the livestock judging side of the showing industry and is an active and engaged member of the Angus Youth program in Australia. He has competed at the National Angus Youth Roundup as well as State Royal, and regional shows across eastern Australia where he continues to build his skills, networks, and leadership within the beef community. Will is honoured and incredibly excited for the opportunity to be representing Australia alongside his fellow team members on the international stage at Farmfair. He looks forward to developing networks and connections with like-minded individuals from North America and other countries. He sees this opportunity as not only a chance to learn and grow but also to share his passion for the Australian beef industry and youth involvement in agriculture with the global community

Olivia Jury is originally from Gisborne, South Victoria. At a young age, Olivia discovered her love for animals by riding horses and quickly developed a passion for competition. Olivia’s enthusiasm for agriculture grew through her school show team, the opportunity marked the beginning of her deep interest in cattle, and she soon found herself immersed in the world of showing cattle, a passion that she’s continued to pursue. Olivia has participated in many youth cattle competitions Her commitment to showing cattle allowed her to develop a strong understanding of the industry, from breeding to judging. She honed her skills in animal husbandry, learning how to prepare and present topquality cattle while also building an appreciation for the genetics that drive the livestock industry.

Olivia currently works at her local sale yards and with a small cattle stud down in Victoria gaining hands-on experience with the transactional side of the agricultural industry. This experience deepened her understanding of the role cattle play in the broader farming economy. Olivia’s time at the sale yards gave her valuable insight into the complexities of livestock marketing, pricing, and animal welfare. With a clear vision for her future, Olivia has a dream of having her own stud, focused on breeding high-quality cattle that would not only compete at shows but also contribute positively to the agriculture industry. Olivia is honoured to be given the opportunity to compete with her fellow teammates at Farmfair and is looking forward to making connections within the agricultural community.
