BIRDS - EYE VIEW OF THE SITE AND CONTEXT
The site’s design focuses on maximizing green spaces to enhance environmental preserva on and user well-being. It offers accessibility for both vehicles and pedestrians, with vehicle entry from ul. Polkowska in the west and a circulatory road to minimize poten al conges on. Pedestrians can access the site from the north, where bus stops are located, and from neighboring sites to the west. The site includes designated road space and a bus stop for a dedicated bus for workers.

The site is located 12 km from the village of Urle. It is surround by expansive greenery, Pine foresrty and has a river name Liwiec that flows at the north of the site’s border.
The area’s architecture is mainly made up of single family houses that have pitched roofs.

- Given the analysis of the site, I set out to make a design that would fit in with the surrounding.
- The architectural pinnacle of this endeavor is the skillion roof, a masterful union of form and function. This unique roofing design, while aesthetically aligned with the surrounding pitched roofs, simultaneously serves as a vital component in the architectural repertoire, affording structural fortitude against the capricious elements of rainfall and snowfall.
-The judicious inclusion of clerestory windows around the edifice, strategically timed to intercept sunlight obliquely during sunrise and sunset, ensures that every corner of our abode is bathed in natural light.
03 APARTMENT BUILDING
An apartment complex featuring an elegant exterior adorned with wooden cladding, complemented by gracefully curved balconies that embrace the structure, merging aesthetics with functionality.

I’ve conceived multi-level residential structures, showcasing an elegant wooden cladding adorning their facades. Each edifice encompasses four levels, housing an impressive total of 35 refined apartment units on each floor. The buildings boast continuous, encircling balconies thoughtfully partitioned between individual dwellings, while the ground floor serves as a dynamic commercial hub, housing upscale shops and a state-of-the-art gymnasium.
