Hayashi location previously occupied a space at the Boulevard Mall but is now closed. That location offered a selection of small plates, noodle dishes and bowls, along with sushi offerings. Those tapas included Baked Green Mussels, Chicken Karrage, Fried Oysters, and Grilled Squid Skewers, while the Noodles and Bowls menu offered dishes like Tempura Udon, Beef Yaki-Udon, and the Poke Rice Bowl. The Fresh Rolls menu featured roll varieties like Rainbow and Salmon Lover.
Design concept covers all chefs on display preparing the dishes. Multiple screens are strategically placed within the restaurant to allow multiple views.

California Great America is an amusement park in Santa Clara, CA My designs consist of 5 restaurants total in the “New Orleans” Lane. Only two of them were constructed, this particular building transformed the lower level from a Retail shop to a Candy Kitchen. The exterior building colors were selected to enhance the building and the interior colors are very neutral to enhance the colors of the candy on the shelves.

In thinking through priorities, we realized that the logo needed to be incorporated into the design. Our clients pride themselves in providing healthy cuisine and their customers know they can expect their menu to be fresh with the most nutritious food available. As a result, the design needed to offer a display that would show the fresh ingredients they use in their cooking and pay homage to the local farmers that they work with. The overall concept was to promote what they are all about, healthy eating, is brilliant.

The Korean street food concept appeals to a wide range of working professionals between the ages of 21 and 50. The Quick service with restaurant quality and feel. Even though its in compostable containers, plating food, branding matches food and design.

This stunning winery boasts a state-ofthe art kitchen and open dining with a rich and inviting design. The outdoor patio creates a unique ambiance while the event center provides a warm mood seen in its custom lighting and Old World wall finishes. A grand bridal room adds more opportunities to use the space.

Upscale restaurant in Downtown Palo Alto
Merging two spaces into one without removing walls. Solution, adding windows and lighting to small openings in the existing wall. This was the most an economical solution to maintain a unified space. Folding doors are to be installed to create a private dining area.

This house I purchased with my husband May 2020 to renovate and add square footage. This worn down rancher home that was loved for many years needed a new fresh look. This renovation was a modern look to a traditional neighborhood and became the talk of the town.
