15ml Blue Pea Syrup

How to Make Blue Pea Syrup
1:1 Sugar to water ratio
Add 200-300grams per 1 liter of syrup
Heat 500ml of water

Add 500g of sugar and stir until dissolved
Add 100-150g of Dried Blue Pea
Mix until you achieve the Dark Blue Color
Set aside and bottle
