This project featured a construction system with exposed wooden beams, rafters and slats for the ceilings and thermal insulation to create a comfortable environment. Rough materials were proposed in order to blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment, avoiding any invasive visual impact.
The project involved developing a master plan for the family area of a ranch, followed by the development of a 4 bedroom residence a terrace and a spa. I participated as the project leader, overseeing the analysis, functionality, and architectural design. My responsibilities included multiple client meetings, graphic presentations, architectural plans, construction documents, schedules, selection of finishes, preliminary landscape and coordinating with the structural engineer for revisions and minor adjustments to the architectural design to meet structural requirements.
CHERRY HILL HOMES
Austin, Texas – 2021
This project began with the subdivision of a residential lot. I had to research regulations and analyze the best approach to maximize the buildable areas and make the most of the land, as the client intended to use the properties for Airbnb rentals and traditional leasing. The project consisted of remodeling the existing house and adding an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) for the first subdivided lot, as well as the construction of a new residence and its corresponding ADU. The trees presented a challenge, as it was necessary to respect their growth but also place 3 new residences and driveway, as well as comply with the McMansion ordinance.
I acted as the project leader from the start, responsible for the architectural plans, materials selection, and preparing the construction documents for permits. However, before submitting the permit, the owner decided to sell the property.
CANFIELD INTERIORS
Austin, Texas – 2021
Canfield was a remodeling project for a house where the goal was to give it a new look of elegance that reflected the clients' personality.
Custom carpentry with color accents was used, along with a careful selection of materials that complemented each other. The remodel included a dining room, bathroom, new flooring, and a redesigned kitchen layout with integration to the terrace.
I participated in this project by preparing the as-built plans, demolition and adaptation plans, selecting finishes, bathroom fixtures, furniture, and decorative accessories presented in different mood boards and catalogues to the clients.
WESTWOOD
Austin, Texas – 2021
FINISHED
This project was a remodel and expansion of a family home. We added two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a play/homework area for the kids, and refreshed the interior style throughout the house. I worked directly under the direction of the firm’s director, creating the architectural plans and collaborating closely with the builder to make sure everything was going as planned.
I also met with the clients regularly to ensure the design reflected their ideas, handled the project schedules to keep everything on track, and checked local regulations to make sure we stayed compliant with zoning and building codes. It was a really hands-on project where I was involved in everything from design to the final touches.
TORRE
Austin, Texas – 2022
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Torre is a high-end custom home. This project had a great potential due to the unique shape of the lot, which was located on half of an elevated block with stunning views. The challenge here was to meet the client’s demands and translate their ideas into a harmonious, sober, and elegant design.
I worked directly with the principal of the firm from the very beginning. We started by conducting a small investigation into local regulations and the specific rules of the HOA. After that, I developed the architectural layout, produced the architectural plans, prepared the construction documents, and coordinated with engineers. I also handled submitting the full set of plans to the city, managing revisions, and ultimately obtaining the construction permit. Throughout the process, I attended several client meetings, preparing more visual presentations to help them choose both interior and exterior finishes. The project is currently in its final stages of construction.
LODESTONE
Austin, Texas – 2023
PROJECT
Lodestone is a high-end custome home, design to be sold and break from the traditional design vibes of the area.
Located on a site with a significant slope, the house features bold, straight lines and some pronounced angles that give it a unique edge compared to the more conventional designs around it.
The steep terrain was actually a plus, allowing us to create several terraces that add both style and functionality to the home. These terraces offer great views and provide nice outdoor spaces that blend beautifully with the natural surroundings.
This project is still in the concept phase.
SANTUARIO ELITE GYM
650M2 - Puebla, MX – 2023

As the name suggests, “Santuario Elite"is a top-tier calisthenics gym located in Puebla, designed to offer an exceptional fitness experience. The gym includes dedicated areas for calisthenics, cardio, and separate locker rooms and bathrooms for men and women. Office for coaches and management, as well as a contemplation garden with an outdoor sauna and plunge pools.
A key element of our design concept was integrating greenery into the space. We carefully selected materials and incorporated large trees indoors to enhance the natural feel. This design choice was made possible by leveraging the ample natural light available in the building, which transformed the ambiance and created a refreshing environment.
From the initial concept to the final execution and supervision, we were involved in every step of the way. We adapted our design to fit the existing building structure, ensuring that the final outcome was both functional and stylish.
SNEAKER BROS
180M2 - Puebla, MX – 2022
This high-end sneaker store project was all about capturing and translating a well-established brand identity into a striking interior design. With a strong brand concept and style already in place, our task was to align the design with their vision while creating an environment that showcased sneakers as the main attraction.
We worked closely with the client to ensure that the brand's identity and ideas were reflected in a design that was both eye-catching and balanced. The result was a space where the display pieces truly stood out, making the sneakers the focal point of the store.
We took the project through to the construction documents stage, providing all the necessary and detailed information so that the owner could execute the build exactly as envisioned. This ensured that the final space stayed true to our design intentions and delivered a premium shopping experience.
POTOSÍ INTERIORS
250M2 - Puebla, MX – 2023
PROJECT
The Potosí project was a home renovation focused on revitalizing the entire public area of the house. We updated the finishes, selected new furniture, and designed custom carpentry pieces to fit the space and meet the client's needs.
In our selection of materials and furniture, we prioritized durability, quality, and a reflection of elegance and warmth. Through in-depth interviews with the homeowners, we provided a fresh solution and repurposed their existing spaces to better align with their evolving needs. This approach ensured that the renovation enhanced both the aesthetics and functionality of the home, creating a more personalized and inviting living environment.
ESCENARIO 7 SCHOOL OF MUSIC / THEATER
350M2 - Puebla, MX – 2024
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Escenario 7 is a music school designed for all age students.
Our goal was to create a space that is visually engaging for children while maintaining a sophisticated atmosphere suitable for adults. We drew inspiration from theatrical concepts to achieve a dynamic and versatile environment. One of the major challenges was not only refreshing the school's image but also reorganizing the layout of the classrooms and circulation areas to improve efficiency. The existing setup was quite inefficient, and we needed to implement these changes without disrupting ongoing classes.
In addition to enhancing the layout, we carefully selected materials to guarantee the security and well-being of the children, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all students.
The project was divided into two phases. We have completed the first phase and are about to start the second.
GABRIEL PASTOR THEATER
150m2 Puebla, MX– 2024
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Located within the Gabriel Pastor Foundation, which also houses a retirement home, this theater is a 1950s architectural gem in the heart of Puebla. The project focused on renovating the lobby to bring new life to the theater and make it accessible for public use.
We drew inspiration from the Art Deco elements already present in the theater’s interior to create a cohesive design, blending the historical charm with modern touches. Our aim was to create a more integrated and contemporary look that would capture the attention of a new generation of theater-goers.
We completed the executive project, and we are currently overseeing the construction to ensure the vision comes to life as planned.
UDLAP 1ST & 2ND RAFFLE PRICE
1,000m2 Puebla, MX– 2024 UNDER CONSTRUCTION
In collaboration with Dionne Arquitectos, we developed the architectural design for two homes as part of the annual raffle for Universidad de las Américas. The first-place home was 600m², and the second-place home was 400m².
One of the key challenges of the project was to work within a set budget, which included finding the ideal plot of land for the development, as well as estimating the total cost of construction. Our goal was to design something bold and fresh, breaking away from the designs used in previous years, while ensuring that we stayed within the budgetary constraints.

This has been a project we’ve had the pleasure of seeing grow over time. It’s a café with a relaxed, industrial vibe where the goal was to make people of all ages feel at home—whether they’re there to work or just hang out.
