30 years It was the Spring of 1995 when Terry and Stacey selected the first group of purebred Red Angus females and thus was the start of T & S Farms. We had a vision of raising Red Angus and Charolais but within a few years we let the Chars go and focused on our Red Angus cattle. In 2004 Terry accidentally bought our first black/red carrier female and so we added a few black hided cattle to the program. We have weathered alot of ups and downs in the past 30 yrs but the love for our cattle has kept us going. We always sourced bulls (walking and AI) and females to add to our herd with our main focus being to raise them to be quiet, maternal with calving ease yet still have performance. Over the years we have sold some bulls and females to purebred breders but our commerial customers have always been the heart of our program. Our marketing has expanded to building our website, videos, kijiji and a catalog. Our customer base has expanded to sending females and bulls as far as Quebec, Alberta, Manitoba and all over Sask. Thru the years the kids have got us into showing our cattle at various fairs, 4-h and Agribition. Our kids have grown up and Brittany and Megan have started herds of their own while Tyler enjoys helping when needed but prefers grain farming. We are excited to add grandchildren to our operation that have a love for cattle and farming too. The future is looking extremely bright so here’s to many more years in the cattle business.

This year we have on offer 27 yearling bulls and 4 2yr old bulls. We have heifer bulls with length and natural thickness that will calve easy and weigh up at weaning along with a great selection of cow bulls with power that will add pounds at weaning. We use all our sires on both our commercial and purebred herds to see how they work in both industries. We keep replacements off every sire and put them in our herd so we have knowledge of udder, feet, temperment and maternal strengths. Once weaned the bulls are pail fed a Masterfeeds stage 2 Blueprint pelleted ration at 1% of their body weight and free choice grass hay.

The 2 yr olds are excellent quality bulls. They were grassed all summer and started on feed in Oct. They are hand fed in the same way as the yearlings with the Masterfeed Blueprint stage 2 pellet at 3/4% of there body weight and grass hay free choice. They are fed to go out and work.

We are offering 19 open Purebred Red Angus heifers. The open replacement heifers once weaned are fed 15% pelleted masterfeed ration @ 5lbs daily along with free choice hay

Herd health is very important to us. All animals have had Inforce 3 intranasal, Bovisheild Gold/One Shot(2 doses) Vision 8 (3 doses), Safegaurd drench, Boss. The bulls will be semen tested by Dr. Mike Evenson of Northest Vet Services of Tisdale at the end of March and they will be pasture ready. Heifers will be palapated prior to delivery and in Jan had Bovoshield FP so will be ready for breeding.

Bulls are priced between $4500-$7000. Open heifers are $3000-4000. Bulls all have pictures and videos up on our website. Pictures and videos taken the end of Jan. All bulls and heifers will have the registrations transfered over to new owners. Each bull and heifer are individually priced so give Terry a text or call on any your interested in. Delivery is available. We ask for half down if possible to hold your animal. We are always willing to work with our customers so if you have any questions or offers give us a call.

We chose to use Enterprise from Genex for his calving ease and low birth weight. We were lucky enough to get 2 bulls and 2 heifers. The heifers are long bodied, easy fleshing, dark red and feminine. The bulls are moderate in frame, long bodied, dark red and have nice small heads. Look for bulls 45m and 46m.

We were stalled by Rumble at Agribition in 2022 and 2023 and he caught our attention. His long body, expressive muscle shape and exceptional foot made it an easy choice to purchase a semen package. We were lucky enough to get 2 heifers and 2 bulls that are long spined, deep bodied with calving ease and a bit more frame. Look for bulls 25m and 39m.

What a herd sire Ringo has turned into! He has unbelievable length of body and mass yet moves out like a cat on a strong set of feet. His calves are born easy with the same length of body as their sire and generally a touch more frame. The females are standouts that milk well with beautiful tidy udders and small teats. 8m is one of the best footed, dark hoofed bulls we have raised. Add in his long body, wide top with added hind quarter, a big set of testicles under him and an easy going personality made him a great choice to be our show bull. He was in our pen of 3 in Yorkton Harvest Showdown and was 3rd in class in Agribition 2024. Last year his full brother, 19L, had a bw of 77 lbs and was the heaviest yearling of 2024 selling to Troy and Derek Thorpe. We are excited that 57F just had a full sister this year with a birth wt of 64 lbs. So we are confident with the calving ease of this guy with added performance. Halter broke.

45m is sired by an AI sire we selected from Genex for his calving ease.In 2024 we had 2 heifers and 2 bull calves that all made the cut and have more calves on the ground this year. They are born with a very unique small “Angus” head that can easily be picked out along with extra hind quarter and nice width. The bulls are very masculine and moderate in their build. This guy is very quiet as we did halter break him. He is backed by a big bodied, wide topped cow who has great longevity and is still producing.
