The destination with lodging, dining and entertainnment where the guests experiences the local culture, and landscape where the facilities are intended to have minimal impact on the local environment.
The aim is to design and create environment friendly resort, in a holistic approach through the architectural design, water efficiency, effective handling of waste, energy efficiency, sustainability, and focus on guest’s comfort & well-being.
Facilities are intended to have Minimal impact on the local environment.

Promoting local culture and economy.

Topography - Gradual slope
Highest point - 620 m
Lowest point - 604 m
Acknowledging guests towards sustainability and ecosystem.
Promoting the responsible business practices.
Famous for its captivating vistas and bird watching, Pawana lake area is as much a getaway as it is a pristine landscape – with the lake landlocked by Sahyadris, crowned and guarded by four forts.
This less explored area - unspoilt destination is a secluded place but close to the city, serving as one of the perfect getaway from the busy city life.

MINIMALIST AESTHETIC: INTERIOR DESIGN
A 500 Ft2 area apartment designed such that it is luxurious, with minimalist decor & smart furnishing investments, in smaller doses for the right amount of quirk that are certain to never go out of style.
The term “Less is more” by Mies Van Der Rohe marks simplicity and a sense of order.Minimalist spaces known for balance and simplified beauty, a calm palette makes a room feel serene and less chaotic.
Using contrasting materials palette – concrete and wood, Grey and white surfaces in untypical roles composing pure and clear lined ambiance that visually and functionally extends the usable space in this small apartment.
