Tenants’ Portal We’re delighted to introduce you to the MyHousing website – a service from Tamworth Borough Council which will enable you to manage your tenancy with us online, 24/7.
By setting up a safe and secure personal account through the MyHousing website, you will be able to access your information in real-time, including checking your rent balance, making payments, printing off statements, updating your personal details and checking the status of a repair. MyHousing is designed to make it much quicker and easier for you to get answers to basic questions such as ‘how much rent do I owe?’ and ‘when is my next payment due?’ and to let us know about any changes. continues on page 2…
