The Le Roc project is a 6 floor condo building designed by 2Architectures for the developer Développeurs Montréal. It is situated on a site in the borough of Rosemont-La Petite Patrie at the confluence of Rue De La Roche and Rue De La Roche, near the Rosemont Metro station. It is comprised of 50 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments, 23 of which are duplex apartments.

My role was to develop the concept whilst paying heed to the municipality’s regulations and pertinent construction codes, submit the project for building authorization, coordinate the package with the structural and MEP engineers and produce complete working drawing and architectural documentation as well as produce condo unit layout brochures for the client.
