In response to the challenges faced by the healthcare community in recent years, Cornerstone Medical Recruitment (CMR) took a proactive stance, placing a premium on the well-being of its candidate community. The resultant initiative, “CMR Wellbeing Benefits,” saw strategic partnerships with renowned brands such as YouFoodz, Hello Fresh, and 28 by Sam Wood, providing candidates with exclusive well-being discounts. This expansion facilitated broader client support and the recruitment of specialised temporary staff, resulting in a remarkable 200% year-onyear revenue increase in the Aged Care sector. Client satisfaction metrics speak volumes, with a notable 114% increase in repeat business, a commendable 93% satisfaction score, and an impressive 41% of temps re-engaging with clients. Despite industry challenges during the pandemic, CMR achieved exceptional organic growth in FY23, surpassing revenue targets with a notable 101% increase. In addition to these accomplishments, CMR’s financial achievements are noteworthy, with a 217% increase in profit and an 87% rise in temp hours, positioning them at the forefront of the industry in critical metrics such as EBIT growth, quantum, and profitability yield.
