Our surroundings are filled with corners, edges, planes, open curves and closed curves. If we will closely observe, we can easily categorize them in line segments, angles, triangles, polygons, and circles. We all know that they are made up of different sizes and measures. Now, we will discuss ‘the tools to compare the sizes of line segments’. Measuring line segments A fixed portion of a line is called line segment.
