PAYMENT TERMS

Terms are net 45 days unless otherwise specified in a Tail sales program.

Shipments are F.O.B. Miami, Florida. Past due accounts will be assessed a late charge that will be applied at the monthly rate of 1.5%.

INVOICES AND STATEMENTS

Invoices will be distributed with shipments. Monthly statements can be sent via mail.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers may not cancel more than 15% of orders 30 days prior to scheduled start ship date. Cancellations that reduce season booking totals below the threshold quoted in sales programs will void sales program discounts.

BACKORDERS

Should an item be out of stock, the item will be backordered unless the customer instructed otherwise on the purchase order. Tail will pay shipping charges on backorders.

Team orders are considered separate orders and will be approved only if a qualifying order has been placed for the season.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Tail products are fully warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship. Tail will replace or repair defective products without charge with a return authorization.

SHIPPING TERMS

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Credit will be issued for merchandise only. Shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be billed to the customer’s account. TRANS-SHIPPING: Tail sells only to selected retail outlets that sell directly to consumers and transfer of

product is prohibited. All new account openings must be approved by Tail.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AND SHORT SHIPMENTS: Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any order fulfillment discrepancies must be reported to Tail’s Customer Relations department at 1.800.876.8245 within seven (7) days of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may not be returned for credit or exchange without specific authorization unless otherwise provided for in a specific program for which the customer qualifies. Requests for a return authorization number (RA#) may be made by writing, emailing, or calling our Customer Relations department at 1.800.876.8245 or cs@tailactivewear.com.

Returns should be received at Tail warehouse within 30 days of receiving an RA number.

Accounts will be charged a 7% restocking fee for returns per program parameters unless the product is defective.
