Northern Fox Copper Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Copper Fox Metals Inc.) purchased 100% of the Eaglehead project located approximately 50 km east of Dease Lake, BC in April 2021.
Project Activities In The 2022 Season
The program at Eaglehead consisted of geological mapping, historical drill core relogging, and drill core sampling. An archaeological assessment as well as continued stream water quality sampling occurred in 2022.

Any successes or challenges you’d like to share?
The delay in receiving a permit to drill was a major setback for Copper Fox in 2022. Despite this, Copper Fox had a successful year on the ground completing mapping and drill core relogging and continued to advance exploration at the Eaglehead Project.
Number of employees working on your project(s)?
Eaglehead is a seasonal (June to September) exploration project. There are currently no employees on the project site, only contracted individuals or companies are hired during the summer.
Where does the majority of your financing come from year to year? What’s the breakdown of who owns your company and what’s your company’s market cap?
Private Placements and Warrant Exercises. Copper Fox Metals Inc. is a publicly traded company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (CUU). The company sets an annual budget and then solicits a private placement. Insiders (management and board of directors) own 58% of the publicly traded shares. Our market cap is $83.87M as of January 6th, 2023.
Tentative plans and hopes for the 2023 season?
The plan is to complete the drilling program as set out in the 2022 Notice of Work.
RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TCG & TAHLTAN NATION
During the 2022 season, what involvement did TCG personnel and departments have with your company? If they were not involved, why not?
The Tahltan Central Government (TCG) Employment & Business Director (Ann Ball), Lands Department Shared Engagement Record Coordinator (Shawn Ducharme), and Communications & External Relations Director (Ombrielle Neria) were in close contact with Copper Fox throughout the season to communicate the desired path forward.
In 2022, how many Tahltans did you employ? What positions did they hold in your company and what percentage of Tahltans did you employ compared to others?
Copper Fox hired three Tahltans as part of a core crew of four in 2022. Positions held by Tahltans were camp maintenance, core cutting, cooking, and first aid (Occupational First Aid Level 3 [OFA3] required) as the main roles (some members acted in several positions). Assisting with water sampling also took place.

What employment opportunities, now and in the future, are available to Tahltan members?
Employment opportunities will continue to be seasonal at Eaglehead, though positions vary, they include camp maintenance, general labour, core cutting, cooking, first aid (OFA3 required), water sampling and line cutting.

Did you have any Tahltan contractors working for your company?
Yes.
Do you have any outside contractors working for you? If so, who are they? Who were the primary contractors you utilized? Do they offer employment opportunities to Tahltan members?
No contractors are currently working on site. During the 2022 program, the primary contractors hired include Tundra Helicopters Ltd. (Dease Lake, BC), CJL Enterprises Ltd. (Smithers, BC), Trove Exploration Inc. (Airdrie, AB), Moose Mountain Technical Services (Cranbrook, BC), Cordillera Archaeology (Victoria, BC), TLC Solutions Inc. (Langley, BC). Copper Fox is unaware of any current employment opportunities at each company at this time.
Anything else you would like to share with the Tahltan Nation?

Copper Fox Metals has enjoyed a 17-year working relationship with the Tahltan Nation by way of the Schaft Creek Project. Copper Fox is pleased to be working within the Tahltan Territory as an operator on the Eaglehead Project, and has deep respect for Tahltan culture and traditions, as well as the preservation of wildlife and environment.
