Tentative plans and hopes for the 2023 season?
Prior to the 2023 exploration program, CopAur Minerals plans to update their Wildlife Management Plan and complete an Archaeological Overview Assessment, Reclamation Plan, and Terrain Assessment & ErosionSediment Control Plan. In spring 2023, CopAur Minerals anticipates having a helicopter access only drilling program based out of Hyland Post. We intend on having a larger program this upcoming season than we did in 2022 and hope to hire more Tahltan members.
RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TCG & TAHLTAN NATION
During the 2022 season, what involvement did TCG personnel and departments have with your company? If they were not involved, why not?
Shawn Ducharme provided guidance and support while CopAur Minerals obtained their new multiyear-based permit for the Williams Property. CopAur performed a site tour for Tahltan Central Government (TCG) President Chad Day, Multimedia Director Adam Amir, and Tourism Director Alex Buri.
In 2022, how many Tahltans did you employ? What positions did they hold in your company and what percentage of Tahltans did you employ compared to others?
During the short 2022 program (four weeks of drilling), CopAur Minerals employed two Tahltan members (core cutter and pad builder) who were hired through Norad Logistics comprising of 4.8% of the 2022 workforce.
What employment opportunities, now and in the future, are available to Tahltan members?
As is the nature of exploration work, many employees on site are comprised of contractors. Future opportunities may include core cutters, camp staff, pad builders, drill crew, logistical support, geological support, and line cutters.
Why should Tahltan members want to work for you?
Tahltan members should want to work for us because we provide an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge and skills within the exploration and mining sector. We can offer interesting and challenging work in a safe, respectful work environment.
Did you have any Tahltan contractors working for your company?

Yes.
Do you have any outside contractors working for you? If so, who are they? Who were the primary contractors you utilized? Do they offer employment opportunities to Tahltan members?
