The KRL Project is located in the Iskut River Region adjacent to McLymont Creek approximately five km north of the power station at the junction of McLymont Creek and the Iskut River. Alianza acquired an option to earn a 100% interest in KRL from the vendor in 2018. At the end of 2022, Alianza cancelled its option to acquire 100% of KRL and returned the project to the vendor.

We had zero employees due to inactivity on the project.

Capital markets, Canadian and American retail investors, and company partnerships.

Tentative plans and hopes for the 2023 season?

Alianza has no plans for the 2023 season at KRL and has returned the project to the vendor.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TCG & TAHLTAN NATION

During the 2022 season, what involvement did TCG personnel and departments have with your company? If they were not involved, why not?

There was no involvement other than our Communications Agreement as we did not carry out any activities during 2022.

In 2022, how many Tahltans did you employ? What positions did they hold in your company and what percentage of Tahltans did you employ compared to others?

This question is not applicable as Alianza employed zero Tahltans due to inactivity on the project.

Alianza did not carry out any activities at KRL during the 2022 season.

What employment opportunities, now and in the future, are available to Tahltan members?

As we no longer have any projects in the area, we do not currently have any opportunities for Tahltan members.

Why should Tahltan members want to work for you?

Should Alianza acquire a project in Tahltan Territory in the future, Tahltan members should want to work for Alianza to gain exposure to early-stage mineral exploration techniques and training opportunities. Alianza understands and embraces the idea that without participation and opportunities for Tahltan members, projects will not move forward.

Did you have any Tahltan contractors working for your company?

No, as we have no active projects in the area.

Do you have any outside contractors working for you? If so, who are they? Who were the primary contractors you utilized? Do they offer employment opportunities to Tahltan members?

N/A due to inactivity on the KRL Project.

Anything else you would like to share with the Tahltan Nation?

Alianza has enjoyed working with the Tahltan Nation and its government entities over the last two years while being involved in the KRL project. We hope that, should the opportunity arise in the future to get involved with another mineral exploration project within Tahltan Territory, we will be able to work together again.
