We carefully understand how color stripes are laid out and composed on each fabric. Without any unnecessary cuts, we allow sewing lines to give each piece the most inherent 3-dimensional look. About
TAGatherGoods is a brand founded by a New York architect from Taiwan. Educated in Columbia University, a renowned architecture school, with concentration in urban design. City is where my passion lies. After spending 10 years in NYC, I’m eager to make cities of my homeland as distinctive as NYC. The brand, TAGatherGoods, is created under this vision. The reason why fashion accessories were chosen for the start of the brand is that I believe that physical buildings of a city are confined in their geographical locations whereas fashion can go beyond the impression of a place into lifestyle and identity that people can long for and imagine from.
Only when customers start using the products, can the function and meaning be discovered. Just like the feature of Cubism, the life and depth of the goods are waiting for construction.
“Crafting Classics from Daily Goods” is the motto of the brand. The idea of “daily goods” came from the PVC canvas frequently used in Taiwanese’ daily urban surroundings. The PVC canvas with exclusive color stripes made up a large portion of cityscape - street vendors, outdoor catering, awning, etc. It used to be treated as ugly and old-school yet at the same time amazingly created an unique aesthetics which are waiting to be discovered and well-presented. Besides, the idea of “classics” came from the accepted classic, stripes pattern.
With the architectural belief, every material contains a story, the origin and nature of them cannot be ignored or replaced. As canvas with stripes is the most fascinating and special form, they were applied when designing the products. Designing the products is a kind of construction because the ultimate products can be transformed into different forms and shapes. Moreover, many details are hidden in the products. Only when customers really start using the products, can the function and meaning be discovered. Just like the feature of Cubism, the life and depth of the goods are waiting for construction.

TAGather Goods is primarily made of an often seen but mostly neglected material, PVC canvas sheet. Its usual application is for displaying visual graphics on T-bars along highways or awnings for sun and rain blocking purposes. Due to the toughness and thickness of PVC, leather goods sewing technique and equipment is required to produce the product and enhance the quality.

The Chinese characters were designed into two round circles to wish you all your dreams fulfilled. No matter who you are, all the friends who carry it deserve to be loved.
Little Green Man was created as a cartoonist figure for traffic lights in Taipei. Since then, this humorous figure starts to travel all over world. The intense life schedule might push us moving forward. Only when giving yourself a chance to look back, a flip-side perspective is awaiting to light up your life.
Along bus routes, the area before bus stops is a place to store emotions where people wait, meet and also provide the valuable downtime in life. Everyone deserves a “pause” to take a deep breathe.“Stop Whining!” Only when one stop complaining, the whole world will surprise you with the long-forgotten joyful lights.
