The Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30821) enables you to hone your skills in the basic methods of cookery and preparation of poultry, seafood and meat dishes. You will also further develop skills to work effectively in the kitchen and maintain the quality and safety of food you are preparing. Our highly qualified teachers will prepare you for a fast paced career in commercial cookery.
* Previous studies may be eligible for Credit Transfers.
* RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) eligibility requires two years of industry experience.
* Trade Skills and Assessment Gap Training (TSAGT) funding may be available, depending on eligibility.
