How To Select Subjects Through Web Preferences

Selecting subjects via Web Preferences Students will receive an email from Web Preferences to begin the subject selection process.

When the student clicks on the link the Web Preferences Program will engage.

Student are to click on the green button: Add New Preferences At this point students are to select the study stream that pertains to them. The example below is from the Year 9 into 10 subject offering.

For example: if the students wishes to study a language but not music they should click on this option.

The window below will open. Here you will see the name of the study stream and the preference and reserve drop down boxes to choose from. Please select each drop down window to select your preferences in order of priority.

Once you have selected your preferences and reserve choices. Click on PROCEED.

Once students have made selections they will be asked to confirm these by signing or typing their name in the box

Students will then input a parent email.

Ensure that you submit your preferences by clicking the GREEN button.

The program will bring you back to a screen where you can print a copy of your selections.

The document will then be sent through to the parents for confirmation.

The parent will receive an email from Web Preferences.

Parent to sign confirmation of selection.

The student and parent will receive confirmation emails.
