01 R E G I S C O R P O R AT I O N Perkins and Will | Workplace Strategy + Corporate Interior Design Regis Corporation's headquarters is a full gut renovation spanning four floors of corporate office space, designed to reinforce the brand's mission and support collaboration across corporate and franchise teams. The workplace balances focused work zones, collaborative hubs, social lounges, and customer-facing environments, creating a cohesive ecosystem that empowers employees to deliver world-class support across Regis's global salon network.

I spearheaded design development and documentation throughout all phases of design, developing zoning plans and multi-floor layouts that translated departmental headcount, adjacency requirements, and program needs into designforward solutions. My responsibilities included authoring FF&E specifications, coordinating directly with vendors on material selection and custom detailing, and contributing to client presentations to ensure design intent remained aligned with the company's strategic vision. I also contributed to the start of the construction document package, including millwork details, furniture floor plans, and finish floor plans, coordinating with MEP, structural, and life-safety consultants throughout.

Every decision was guided by a commitment to beauty in simplicity, refined detailing, and a clean spatial language that pays equal attention to aesthetics and function.

Engaged from the earliest stages of schematic design, I contributed to concept development and design direction, translating the brand's DNA into spatial strategy. my responsibilities included concept development, schematic floor planning, test fit studies, and occupancy planning. I curated the materiality palette, solely produced all 3D renderings used to communicate design intent, and participated in client meetings to ensure the evolving design remained anchored to the brand's vision.

Perkins and Will | Higher Education The College of Business Administration reimagines a traditional academic building as a dynamic hub for innovation, collaboration, and experiential learning, serving as both an academic destination and a community beacon for Kent State University.

The design supports the evolving needs of modern business education through project-based learning environments including collaborative studios, innovation labs, trading floor simulations, pitch spaces, and multimedia classrooms. Transparency and visibility are central to the concept, with informal gathering areas woven throughout to encourage dialogue, mentorship, and interdisciplinary exchange beyond the classroom.

Brought onto the team during design development and construction documentation, my responsibilities included generating diagrams for client presentations, developing floor plans, producing construction document drawings including furniture floor plans and millwork details, curating the material palette, and creating axonometric views coordinated with the floor plans. I spearheaded the final layout and design of the Global Forum, a signature circular lecture space, coordinating closely with vendors to realize the vision for this one-of-a-kind lecture space.

P U L L- U P - A - C H A I R Perkins and Will | Phil Freelon Design Competition — Shortlisted Each year, Perkins and Will's Design Leadership Committee hosts an internal competition inviting emerging talent across the firm's global studios to respond to a pressing social issue through design. Our prompt challenged us to reimagine a public community center in South Dallas's Fair Grounds neighborhood, rooted in connection, learning, and interaction.

Our response asked a simple question: what genuinely brings a community together? Food. Building on the Seedling Farm initiative already taking root in the neighborhood, Pull Up A Chair explores how design can create opportunities for people to intersect and interact. At the site scale, pedestrian connections form gathering spaces where community builds organically. At the heart of it all is a learning center anchored by a community table - a place to share, meet, learn, and eat that bridges generations, ethnicities, and backgrounds through a shared love of food.

Completed in three days, I contributed to concept development, spatial planning, Diagrams, and Rendering and the overall design narrative, earning a shortlist distinction among entries from studios across the firm.

05 G E N E R AT I O N C Academic Project | Multi-Generational Housing + Community Design Generation C is a multi-generational mixed use development concept designed to foster meaningful interaction across generations through the power of community. Sited in Boys Town, Nebraska, the proposal complements the existing neighborhood fabric while introducing a vertically oriented density that layers residential, commercial, office, and civic programming to activate the area and serve its future residents.

At its core, Generation C is about cultivating understanding between people of different ages and backgrounds. A green network of trails and varied outdoor programming weaves through the development, encouraging healthy, communityfocused interaction at every scale. The result is a cohesive urban ecosystem where residents do not simply coexist but actively engage with one another, building a genuine sense of belonging.

The residential portion of Generation C offers the most innovative aspect of the site. Through extensive research in both multi-generational households and co-housing communities, the concept of multi-generational, co-housing living pods will be implemented. 06 OWNZEN Academic Capstone Project | Wellness + Hospitality Interior Design Inspired by a summer living in Japan, I chose to design a space rooted in one of the culture's most beloved traditions: the onsen.

More than a bath, the onsen is a cultural ritual, a place of healing, and a rare moment of stillness in everyday life. With over 4,000 natural hot springs shaped by centuries of volcanic activity, Japan has long been the world's premier destination for hot spring culture. The mineral-rich waters, abundant in sulfur and sodium chloride, are believed to ease chronic pain, reduce stress, and support conditions ranging from hypertension to diabetes.

Ownzen reimagines this deeply personal tradition as a contemporary public sanctuary, bringing the restorative spirit of the Japanese onsen into a modern interior experience.

The design navigates an inherent tension: how do you make something profoundly private feel welcoming to all? The answer lies in spatial sequencing, material warmth, and a quiet reverence for the ritual itself. Traditional Japanese design principles ground the experience while a refined modern language keeps it accessible, guiding guests through a journey of gradual decompression until they arrive, fully present, at their own sense of zen.

SITE The Ownzen Spa is located in Hawaii. Hawaii is the ideal location for the public bathhouse as it is a popular vacation spot, and has a lot of Japanese visitors as well as residence. This Onsen location will provide a place for users who are familiar with the Japanese culture as well as give opportunity to vacationers who wish to experience the Japanese cultural experience of a bathhouse spa, allowing users to find their "own zen".
