GROWTH CYCLE
SUMMARY:
Growth Cycle takes the viewer through a series of four environmental exhibitions in reference to the properties of agriculture. The wide plaza is utilized to help the viewers vision focus on the center of the entrance, emphasizing the towering structures in the background. The complete “form follows function” principle is utilized to emphasize the experiences the viewers experience in every space. The four spaces, ground, water, sun, and air work together in unison to provide the user with a foundational interpretation of agriculture.
SUMMARY:
Buffer Zone is a Artist-in-Residence program that supports the creative minds of artists while providing uninterrupted work and reflection. The Buffer Zone exemplifies the separation between work and life and ultimately works as a middle ground utilized to take full advantage of both exterior and interior space.

SPATIAL ORGANIZATION
The organization of spaces stems from the centralized organization. As reference, the characteristics of a sunken living room or conversation pit was used to emphasize the gathering space in the courtyard of the Buffer Zone.
