2014 EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOM RENTAL REQUEST Meeting rooms held by Show Management are available to confirmed exhibitors of The International Surface Event East 2014 (TISE East) on a first-come, first-serve rental basis. All space is located within the Miami Beach Convention Center and makes for convenient and easy function planning in close proximity to all TISE East. Room rentals include physical meeting room at times specified, along with standard tables and chairs in accordance with room capacity and function planning requirements. All costs associated with food and beverage, audio visual equipment, room set changes, and other needed materials are the responsibility of the renter. Meeting room rentals are available on an hourly basis of $300/hour with a two-hour minimum, Wednesday, October 15 – Friday, October 24, 7am to 8pm. Set-up and removal time must be factored into total meeting time request and multiple day requests will be limited. Exhibitor Contact/Renter agrees to comply with the following guidelines relating to the usage of meeting room space:  Meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Rooms are booked allowing 1 ½ hours between meetings to prepare the room for the next group. We require that you monitor your time and depart the room as scheduled, as well as leave the room in the same condition in which you found it – discarding materials upon your departure to avoid additional cleaning charges.  Any changes to room sets are subject to additional fees.  No food or beverage may be brought into Miami Beach Convention Center without prior approval of facility.  Meeting times are firm as other renters may precede or follow your function.  No product is to be displayed within the meeting room space during your specified time.  Please note that other functions are taking place and noise may carry through the walls. IMPORTANT: Please do not finalize your plans until your company’s meeting room is confirmed by Show Management. Upon receipt of request, Show Management will contact you directly to discuss availability and will send an official confirmation once confirmed.
