Later, when, I got out of the I love Jesus and love the Tar Heels all day every day shirt besides I will buy this Army, in the 70’s, I started buying Marvel Comics by the dozen and collected them, I still have a lot of them in a box in my attic. I even hung out in the 90’s with a penciler for DC, so I got to appreciate the art better. So, the comics got me hook, line and sinker…Mostly Marvel. Their art was distinctive. I liked the article at the end of Marvel comics, Nuff said! Stan seemed to have a place in his heart for fans. That made me embrace Marvel as a fan. So the superhero movies, both DC and Marvel, sucked me in…but I still felt that embrace from Stan Lee, so I like Marvel
movies better. Yeah, I’m a Marvel fan. But I am not really THAT devoted a fan. But we get Marvel costumes for our grandchildren.
