A Word from Bill, Family & Crew...

Once again we would certainly like to welcome you to our Hill 70 Quantock 2019 edition “Barn Burnin Bull Sale.” Way back in the fall of 1970, my dad and a good friend and neighbor Wib Savage got together to plan a bull sale for February of 1971. Along the way we have lost a few catalogues but we still have most of them, including the 2nd annual in February of 1972. It has been an ongoing process of small changes and tweeks to things but this is the 49th edition of a Quantock bull sale. Next year will be the official 50th edition and we plan on being around for a long time yet.

We are darn proud of the record of our sales, especially with the quality and volume of bulls that we produce and market. Hill 70 Quantock bulls are bred for sustainable, profit oriented cattlemen and women that are in the real cow business. No fluff and mirrors, they have to make money and last for their owners.

The loyalty of our customers is one thing that we are very proud of and plan on keeping by supplying “Herd bull quality at range bull prices” plus the after sale service that you deserve.

More Value Than Ever On Yearlings, On Twos We have established a program to develop these young bulls here at Hill 70 Quantock to better serve our customers. We will keep the bulls at home after the sale and feed them until early April on a total mixed ration to gain about 2-1/2 lbs./day. We will then independently semen test them and deliver them to central points throughout Western Canada. Delivery will be from about early April to early May. The price for this service is $100 for yearlings and $130 for Twos payable at sale time. It’s a real value as it includes 75 days board, independent semen test, and central point delivery.

Insurance will be on site to insure all bull purchases.

Folks... if you bought bulls in the 2017 or 2018 It must be a Hill 70 Quantock Ranch good way to go....
