Pat has over 20 years experience within retail and foodservice. He joined Sysco in 2023 and keeps customer experience at the core of his role. He has a passion for supporting the people he works with, strengthening relationships and getting the best outcome for his customers. In his spare time he is a huge rugby fan and does his best to go to as many Munster & Ireland games as he can. He also loves to travel and spend time with this family.
Orla joined Sysco in 2006 as part of our contact centre team, 6 years later joining the sales team in Limerick. She enjoys supporting her customers with new ideas and innovation, helping to deliver real value for their business. Outside work Orla enjoys GAA, playing for Dromcollogher / Broadford and soccer with Broadford ladies.
Mike began his career as a Chef, working in both Ireland and London. He then moved into sales and has been part of the Sysco team since 2007. Mike has a wealth of knowledge to bring to his customers across all categories. He enjoys watching his customers succeed as a result of the positive partnership with Sysco. In his spare time Mike enjoys good food and travel, along with walks and sea swimming.
Elaine joined the business in 2024 and brings over 15 years experience in the industry to her role. After training as a chef, Elaine worked in restaurants, hotels and cafes across Ireland and London, later opening her own café In Clare. Leveraging her extensive background, she is dedicated to providing tailored solutions and unwavering support to her customers. In her spare time, Elaine enjoys travelling and trying new cuisines and getting out for walks with her dog.
Jonathan joined Sysco in 2022 with over 18 years experience as a chef. He has developed strong working relationships with his customers and prides himself on providing advice and solutions to ensure their success and business growth. Jonathan has vast knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry having worked in restaurants across all levels – from Gastro pubs to Michelin Star. Outside of the office, Jonathan is a keen golfer and enjoys playing soccer.
Alasdair joined the business over 20 years ago, following 25 years as a chef working in busy restaurants. He began his career with Sysco in purchasing before moving to a produce specialist role. From his time as a chef Alasdair has a unique understanding of the challenges his customers face. Outside of work he has completed a challenging cycle from Malin to Mizen in aid of charities and raised over €64,000.
Established in 1970, Marguerite’s has been providing many happy customers with delicious treats and exquisite fare for over 45 years. A family run business steeped in baking traditions, their wide range of services aims to meet any of our customer’s cuisine related needs.
Loughnanes – Galway
Established in 1975, Loughnane’s are passionate in making traditional and award winning sausages and puddings. Based in the west of Ireland, they have been making the finest quality sausages and pudding for over four generations. Products are manufactured using a combination of traditional recipes from as far back as the 1970s and newer recipes to suit the needs and taste of the modern day consumer.
Sheridans Cheesemongers is run by its’ owners – Kevin Sheridan and Seamus Sheridan. The company was founded in 1995, when brothers Seamus and Kevin started selling Irish farmhouse cheeses at the Galway market. Shortly after they opened a shop in Galway with Irish farmhouse cheeses piled from floor to ceiling. The Dublin markets and the South Anne Street shop in the city centre were established that year. The Irish cheeses were quickly joined by their European cousins as well as a huge range of other artisan foods including olive oils, cured meats, condiments and pasta sourced during travels in Europe.
