1: All beverage equipment installs require a Coffee & Tea Targeted Lead Form submitted through a "Salesforce Opportunity" All Citavo Coffee & House Recipe Beverage Requests for new equipment install(s), additional equipment request(s), equipment removal, shipping of parts, equipment exchange(s), must be submitted electronically on the Sysco Arizona Coffee & Tea Targeted Lead Form. This form needs to be submitted electronically to Craig Story or Rich Panasen. Attach this target form to the 360 opportunity.

2: Business consultant reviews request with DSM, M.A. and customer. Makes equipment recommendations and verifies volume. Sends request for approval.

3: If equipment is approved, it can take four weeks to process and install equipment. This process depends on whether or not the requested equipment is stocked and available for shipment from Wilber Curtis or Bunn Equipment or if the requested equipment is available in our inventory. Once the new equipment has been received and/or when refurbished equipment is available for install, the Scheduling Department will contact your customer to schedule said requested service directly with your customer.

If they're using less than 12lbs of coffee per week, direct them to the Keurig program or to SOTF to purchase a Pour Over Unit.
