2023-24 SYRACUSE ATHLETICS AND ’CUSE ATHLETICS FUND EXPERIENCE
Dear Orange Family and Friends,
Thank you for supporting the Orange! Whether from your seat in the JMA Wireless Dome or through your contributions as a ’Cuse Athletics Fund (’CAF) member and donor, your support of Syracuse Athletics is essential to our 600+ student-athletes and 20 sports programs.
The ’Cuse Athletics Fund (’CAF) serves as the official umbrella fundraising arm of Syracuse Athletics, which supports the Orange and provides the resources needed to ensure student-athletes, coaches and programs can continue to succeed at the highest level in competition and in the classroom.
Support for ’CAF is generated through season ticket memberships, annual gifts to the Athletics Opportunity Fund, capital project fundraising through the Legends Society and donations to sport-specific Head Coach’s Funds and other initiatives. Your investment has a direct impact on the holistic development of Orange studentathletes.
This 2023-24 ’CAF Experience Guide is a year-long resource to assist you in your ’CAF annual membership renewal process, which includes information related to donations, season tickets, and parking.
Our priority is, and always will be, providing a fan experience that is worthy of the best fans in college sports. Throughout the renewal process, our ’CAF team is here to answer any questions and help you navigate all Syracuse Athletics has to offer.
Also included in this guide, is information on how to increase your impact and upgrade your experience through additional philanthropic opportunities. This includes information on the Legends Society, an exclusive group of fans, family, and alumni who join in a shared vision to provide current and future student-athletes with a championship experience through philanthropy. Legends Society commitments are above and beyond annual memberships and are used to support a comprehensive renovation of Manley Field House into the new John A. Lally Athletics Complex.
Additional information also includes an overview of the ongoing JMA Wireless Dome Transformation Project, scheduled to be completed ahead of the 2024 Football season.
Syracuse Athletics is in an exciting chapter of our program’s history, with a number of ongoing campaigns focused on enhancing both the student-athlete and fan experience. Please know every donation, season ticket purchase, and Legends Society commitment contributes to this growth.
On behalf of our entire ’CAF team, Syracuse Athletics department and our student-athletes, thank you for your continued investment and involvement.
Go Orange!

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS AND DONOR RANK
The ’Cuse Athletics Fund uses Donor Rank to allocate annual benefits, including tickets, parking and hospitality. The Donor Rank system ensures that all benefits are allocated in a fair, equitable and consistent way. A new feature in your MyCuse Account allows you to view your up-to-date status.
DONOR RANK
Your ’CAF Annual Membership Level will be taken into consideration first, and then your Priority Point total will be used to determine your rank within your ’CAF Annual Membership Level.
’CAF Annal Membership Level is calculated based the sum of the following:
• Annual required seat-related ’CAF membership, included in any season ticket purchase(s)
• Annual tax-deductible donations to the Athletics Opportunity Fund
Priority Points are calculated based on the following:
• 1 point for every $100 in current annual year giving to any Athletics fund*
• 1 point for every $1,000 of lifetime giving to any Athletics fund*
• 1 point for every $5,000 of lifetime giving to the University
One Donor Rank will be assigned to each account. Your Donor Rank will be locked-in on the Donor Rank lock dates and will be used to allocate your benefits for that current membership year. Benefits can include parking passes, new or additional season tickets, seat relocation, premium seating, away game tickets, neutral site tickets, postseason tickets and hospitality tickets.
*“Any Athletics Fund” includes the Athletics Opportunity Fund, John A. Lally Athletics Complex Fund, all Head Coaches’ Funds, and other funds, endowments, sport-specific initiatives and capital campaign funds, that directly support Syracuse Athletics.

JMA WIRELESS DOME 2024 TRANSFORMATION PROJECT
THE PROJECT
The JMA Wireless Dome is one of the most legendary venues in college sports -- home to not one, but five Syracuse programs, the soul of the Syracuse student experience and the premier event venue in central New York. Our history is a source of great pride for Syracuse University and for the Athletics Department. The JMA Wireless Dome Transformation Project is an opportunity to build on this history and ensure a modernized and first-rate experience for all students, fans, student-athletes, coaches, alumni and guests.
In December 2022, Syracuse University and Syracuse Athletics announced Phase Two of the JMA Wireless Dome Transformation Project, which represents the latest milestone in a multimillion-dollar, multiyear effort to reimagine the stadium experience. This effort began in 2018 with the installation of a new fixed roof, the largest center-hung video scoreboard in college sports and air conditioning throughout the venue. Since then, we have also invested significantly in accessibility updates, lighting and sound enhancements, and the concession experience.
Phase Two will build on this momentum with the installation of upgraded seating and new premium offerings throughout the venue. Bench seating throughout the venue will be replaced with chairback seats, enhancing the comfort and accessibility of the seating experience.
Upgraded seating will result in new seat maps and revised capacities for all home events, including football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s lacrosse, and women’s lacrosse competitions.
Phase Two of the JMA Wireless Dome Transformation Project is set to begin in spring 2023 following Commencement and will be completed ahead of the 2024 football season.
The University and Syracuse Athletics are committed to presenting timely and transparent information throughout this process to ensure a smooth transition for our loyal ticket holders throughout the reseating process. To stay up to date on the project, please visit JMADome2024.com to sign up to become a Project Insider.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS PROJECT?
Our goal through these endeavors is to elevate both the student-athlete and the Syracuse fan experience. Through these projects we aim to deliver an experience our Orange family can be proud of and can enjoy for years to come.
WHAT IS THE PROJECT TIMELINE?
Phase Two construction will begin in spring 2023 after Commencement and will be completed ahead of the 2024 football season.
WHO WILL BE AFFECTED?
All seats in the 100, 200 & 300 levels will be affected by the installation of chairbacks. Other premium seating areas, will also see enhancements that may affect their in-stadium experience.
Due to the upgraded quality of the seats and their larger size, capacities in all sections will be decreased.
WHEN WILL NEW PRICING BE AVAILABLE?
Pricing is still being finalized based on new capacities, upgraded chairbacks & new premium offerings. We are committed to continue to offer afforable ticketing options for all members of the community.
WILL THERE BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW NEW SEATS?
Absolutely. We are excited about the new offerings and upgraded experience we will be introducing inside the Dome. All current and prospective ticket holders will have ample opportunity to explore these new options and meet with our team to discuss inventory.
It is our intention to offer a full menu of products and prices. Once finalized, we will notify all ticket holders, ’Cuse Athletics Fund donors and members, and project insiders with this information.
