Congratulations on having an accepted offer on your property. As the dedicated Transaction Coordinator for Agent Name, I will be communicating with you throughout the selling process and working hard to make sure this transaction goes as smoothly and as timely as possible.
In order to open escrow with we have provided them a copy of the fully signed RPA contract and other necessary information. An escrow officer at this company will be contacting you directly for additional information they need to complete the transaction. To make sure that this process continues to move forward in a smooth and timely manner, we kindly request that you reply to them as quickly as possible.
Due to your property being subject to a Common Interest Community. We have submitted a request for the Resale Package. Please note that these are REQUIRED documents that must be delivered to the Buyer and are time-sensitive so it is imperative that the payment be made as soon as possible so as not to delay the order process which in turn can affect the contingency process.
Until these documents are ordered, paid for, and delivered the resale package contingency remains open allowing the buyer to cancel and request their Earnest Money Deposit back.
Please also note that this payment request is separate from the HOA Demand Order payment request which you will also be required to pay and is an account statement and demand for all dues that are still owed to the HOA to release the account at the close of escrow. This demand statement is typically ordered and the payment request is sent out within 15 days of closing by your escrow team during the escrow process.
