The Safe Place Company helps the Dental Industry keep patients and personnel safe, healthy, and PronTech-ed!

Infections contracted at dental offices are often aquired by saliva or blood. Going to the dentist office, viral infections are typically not part of your concerns. But, viruses such as Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV all of which are contageous are some of the more high level viral infections that can be contracted but not likely. But, the majority of viral risks are those of the common cold, influenza, Covid-19, and many other social sharing type viruses. The dental chair is probably the most used item in the office with every patient in the office utilizing those chairs for their dental treatments. This leads to regular exposure to multiple possibilities of viral contamination of surfaces if not properlty cleaned and disinfected properly. All surfaces should be cleaned and disinfected properly to ensure there is not spread of possible viral contaminantes.
Some of the core problems of keeping a dental office clean and free of microorganisms is that there isn’t enough time or personnel to do a deep cleaning and disinfection after every patient, only a more superficial cleaning job, In addition the chemicals used to clean and disinfect hospitals rooms require a minimum of 10 minutes of contact time to achieve their full kill strength. This means that the surface that need to be disinfected must remain moist for 10 minutes but the chemical dries in about 3 minutes not completing its kill capabilities. Also the chemicals being used must be rotated to prevent resistance from microorganisms increasing the confusion of cleaning staff members on the use and applications of product and increasing the cost for the hospitals with no guarantee of an infection rate of “zero”
The Safe Place Company™ has strategically adapted the concept of HACCP for several types of environments in order to excel at each one of the operation’s critical control points where people can get diseases. HACCP with the broadbased application of the PRONTECH TECHNOLOGY can prevent and eliminate a broad spectrum of harmful pathogens from all surfaces and can be effectively used in any environment.

The Safe Place Company™ has developed an Infection Control Plan that includes preventative measures for personal hygiene as well as the daily disinfecting of medical facilities, equipment, shelves, packaged products, doorknobs, light switches, and even the buidling’s HVAC filters and duct-work.

Our patented commercial PronTech technology treats, controls and protects all surfaces-including skin-for all known biological pathogens, such as bacteria, molds, mildew, fungi and viruses like colds, rotavirus, norovirus, MRSA, flu and corona viruses, including the deadly covid-19. Continuous on-contact protection remains effetive for a minimum of four hours per application.

Health Care
Dental Care Protocol
1. Schedule office and lobby sanitization to ensure continuous coverage. the the facility hours.
2. Disinfect entry ways with surface cleaners and wipe clean
3. Spray entry area walls, floors, handrails, counter tops, and registers, with PronTech ™ disinfection solution.

4. Mats may be sprayed as often as every four (4) hours for added protection.
5. Fog a solution of PronTech™ in facility interior to provide the environmental disinfection. Air Circulation tools are available for this type of application.
6. Place TopSani Hand Sanitizer Stations at intervals throughout the faclitiy with notification that it will remain effective for several hours as people travel through the entry.
7. Treat and repeat after building closing process has been completed.
Special Considerations
Do not dust or clean electrical equipment as it could interfere with its proper function. Do not fog PronTech solution directly onto the electrical equipment. Check all furniture and report any broken chairs, tables or any other items to your supervisor.
Heating and air conditioning vents should be cleaned with the portable vacuuum as needed.
Mop water with PronTech must be changed when the mop head is not clearly visible through the cloudy water
Hand sanitizing / PPE Stations
Create sanitizer stations for clients and personnel alike to disinfect their hands as they come and go from common areas and other various spaces in the office. Provide easy access to disposable masks and gloves so that no individual will have to go without. Teach and monitor frequent and proper use of sanitzers and PPE items.
Common Areas
Common areas include hallways and entryways, cafeterias/vending areas, restrooms and supply closets. Sanitizing/ PPE stations should be placed at entrances and surface disinfection scheduled at regular intervals to meet room-use demands.

Aisles, Exam/Waiting Rooms
These areas are cleaned to provide a safe and worry-free environment for clients, office staff, medical professionals and vendors to avoid cross contamination. Complete room cleaning and disinfecting is a priority and should be done daily and nightly. This means the daily sanitizing of surfaces and objects that are touched often, such as shelves, countertops, doorknobs, to name a few.
Restrooms/Break Rooms

Standardize the cleaning process, and then teach workers well-defined steps. Create a flow chart sequencing the necessary tasks. Post the chart in the janitorial closet or behind the restroom door, then provide hands-on training to ensure workers develop correct work habits. An organized cleaning cart with a specific place for each item will save time and make replenishing supplies easier.

HVAC
Evaporative cooling systems support the formation of biofilms, creating ideal conditions for microorganisms to propagate and spread through air circulation. Monthly HVAC sanitation with PronTech will prevent the formation of biofilms and elminate the circulation of potentially infectious particulates.

PronTech™ controls microorganisms by physically, chemically or biologically interfering with their metabolism or normal behavior. PRONTECH is a compound, which has two main groups; a Lipophilic group and a Hydrophilic group with a perfect orientation to the interphases.

As a contact product PRONTECH reaches the surface of the microorganisms and eliminates them. One of the main considerations in examining the mode of action is the characterization of the structure of the molecule of PronTech, which is perfectly oriented to the electrical interfaces as a cationic surfactant. PronTech reduces the surface tension at interfaces, and is attracted to negatively charged surfaces, including the microorganisms’ cell. Broad spectrum control.
Control at a competitive cost.

Frequently touched surfaces should be cleaned and disinfected at least once a day (i.e., before or after ), and more frequently when possible.
