Co-leading the school’s LIK (Louis I. Kahn) team for a national level analysis and documentation competition apart from academics was a challenge, but this fuelled my interest in the numerous possibilities of Architecture.
Taking my extracurricular interest in architecture, I delved into the question of “how dance plays into architecture?” for my dissertation titled- 'Dance in Architecture.’ My experience in the dance field for the past eight years played a vital role, which gave me the edge resulting in an S grade.
All that I learned from these experiences further induced me to continue my final design thesis on similar lines. The thesis, ‘Dance in From Space Function and Time’ brings out the importance of optimal utilization of space. The key to this involved placemaking techniques to transform static, dead and dull spaces into lively people-centric places
