Middletown is 1 of 6 buildings in the cluster of newly renovated projects for NYCHA. Working alongside NYCHA, over 1,000 plus residents will receive comprehensive repairs and upgrades to their apartments and common space public areas, making it a safer and more eco-friendly environment. The building will under-go substantial rehabilitation with waste management and sustainable efforts, as well as major exterior and landscape improvements. The overall design goal will make residents feel more comforting and give a sense of community with an aesthetically pleasing hospitality design approach.
