EDUCATION EDUCATION MACARTHUR ADVENTIST COLLEGE Macarthurs Adventist College (MAC) is again advocating for a School Crossing Zone at the front of our College. In the last few years the College has grown exponentially, and with that growth has come increased traffic during drop off and pick up times, and an increased risk to the safety of our students as they cross both Victoria and Atchison Roads in the morning and afternoon. The school is working diligently to have a crossing installed to help keep students and families safe. MAC's Principal recently met with a local MP to advocate for a school crossing zone. They are asking all families to please sign a petition to show support for the needed crossing zone. https://bit.ly/3Paxb1B
An educational system isn’t worth a great deal if it teaches young people how to make a living but doesn’t teach them how to make a life.
SYDNEY ADVENTIST SCHOOL AUBURN Congratulations to SASA chaplain, Nick Kross, who received his ordination certificate. He is now officially called Pastor Nick. He’s a great communicator, chaplain, and blessing to Sydney Adventist School Auburn. This is a wonderful achievement, and we pray that God will continue to lead and guide Pastor Nick and his family as he serves in our community. ” May 2nd was mufti day and our super heroes were out in force to raise funds to eradicate homelessness. More than 116,000 people are homeless on any given night in Sydney and SASA raised $314.25 which is going towards Wesley Mission to support those less fortunate.
