I worked closely with the hotel team throughout the design process, maintaining clear and open communication to ensure that the clients needs were met. This allowed us to create architectural plans that were both functional and satisfying to all members involved, while also guaranteeing that we were able to anticipate and address any potential issues that could arise during construction.
My primary contributions consisted of effectively communicating the design concept through construction documents, proactively keeping track of the timeline, and maintaining the budget to the hotel team and contractors. This continuous and efficient communication helped build a strong and healthy relationship between all parties involved.
This collaborative approach ensured that the final product met the hotel s specifications and helped to create a positive impact on both the guest experience and the overall success of the hotel.
Multi-family buildings have been some of my favorite projects to work on this past year. Throughout the phases, I coordinated CA and collaborated closely with interior designers and senior project managers to ensure the best outcome and to gain additional exposure in the field. I was also able to highlight my use of Enscape to create realistic and immersive renders that helped stakeholders better visualize the final product. Additionally, I played a key role in assisting with the construction documents, ensuring that they were well-documented and could be executed effectively.
I played a crucial role in overseeing the developments of large industrial buildings for a water bottling production and distribution facility. Through phased planning, I helped manage site updates, warehouse shell construction, office area design, check-out kiosk installation and drainage systems, docking, production improvements, and future shell expansion.
I brought in a client who asked us to design a 20,000 sq.ft. office space and 25,000 sq.ft. industrial shop. This demonstrated my ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. I also faced the unique challenge of placing multiple industrial, multifamily, and retail buildings on one plot of land, requiring careful planning and coordination.

Working with my parents to design their dream home has been both pleasantly challenging and creatively fulfilling. Throughout the process, we've collaborated on ideas and worked together to bring their vision to life. The result was a beautiful contemporary modern home that they are soon proud to call their own.
One of the unique features of this home is that it is primarily a one-story design, with a storm shelter included to ensure safety during Missouri tornadoes. Additionally, the structure is situated on the side of a stunning cliff, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. To further enhance the home's uniqueness, we included a one-acre pond that kisses the back of the house, providing a truly distinctive feature that sets it apart from others.
Despite the challenges that come with working with family, I am grateful for the experience and the opportunity to collaborate on such an important project. Seeing the joy and satisfaction on my parents' faces as they move into their dream home will be a reward in itself, and I am proud to have been a part of making it a reality.

In Addis Ababa, the educational system is facing significant challenges due to the lack of accessible resources such as clean water, medicine, and hygiene products. These resources, which many of us take for granted on a daily basis, are crucial for maintaining a healthy and productive learning environment.
Improvements in sanitation and healthcare accessibility would have a powerful positive impact on the educational outcomes of students living in Addis Ababa.
By ensuring that women and girls have access to clean water, medicine, and hygiene products, we can create a healthier learn environment that is conducive academic success. Jordan Valley Creek, located next to the downtown square, has been largely overlooked by locals due to its disconnected location and the confusing urban environment in the area. The lack of drainage in the flood plain area presents a challenge in creating a functional site while preparing for potential floods. To address this, proposed renovations include adjusting the topography on site, updating the greenway trail, and constructing a new bridge to create a connection with the community. This center is a fun place to learn and explore for all ages.
The new design will also encourage buildings to face the creek, with the Botanical and Education Center building serving as a bridge between the urban and rural environments. The goal is to weave the community together and improve accessibility to the downtown area, with Main street's one-way traffic directing travelers to more attractions and buildings.
I transformed an abandoned navy dry dock into a sustainable city park featuring an amphitheater, museum, fishing spot, boat dock, greenhouses, and a floating garden with a rooftop bar/restaurant.
The park connects the community while also addressing the challenge of rising sea levels on the East coast by creating a site that can remain functional 50-100 years from now, even when almost completely underwater.
This 25-foot x 8-foot shipping container is designed to provide immediate relief and support in times of disaster. It can be easily transported to any location where it is needed and can accommodate two people who can sleep, cook, and work inside of the center. The container has been designed with a front-facing open window, allowing others to seek first aid help or access supplies such as shovels or hard hats.
The container has been strategically painted with a bright and happy color, such as orange, in the hope of bringing a little joy to a devastating and stressful situation. The use of color has been intentionally chosen to uplift the mood of those who may be impacted by the disaster and to make the container easily identifiable in the surrounding chaos.
The container has been designed to be sturdy and weather-resistant, providing a secure and safe space for those in need. The interior has been thoughtfully designed to maximize the available space, with features such as foldable beds, a small kitchenette, and ample storage space.
Overall, this shipping container offers a quick and effective solution for providing essential shelter and support in times of disaster, with its bright and cheery design providing a glimmer of hope in even the most challenging of circumstances.
