Arterial distributor includes Jalan Bintawa, Jalan Pending, Jalan Jentera, Jalan Tekad, Jalan Utama, Jalan Belian, Jalan Merbau, Jalan Kwong Lee Bank, Jalan Padungan and Jalan Sekama.

Heavy traffic are spotted in the morning. People from Kota Samarahan and Tabuan Jaya using Jalan Setia Raja to go to Kuching. This is because most of people at Samarahan work at Kuching area.
A slight volume of traffic occur during lunch hour. People are tend to have their lunch at the commercial building located at Jalan Kwong Lee Bank, Jalan Pending and Jalan Padungan.
5 PM - 7 PM 8 PM - 12 AM
Heavy traffic along Jalan Datuk Marican Salleh. People will pass by Jalan Setia Raja to go to Kota Samarahan and Jalan Kampung Pulo Ulu to go to Kuching city.
Smooth traffic spotted during the night time. There are not much activities along the street.
The nearest shopping mall from the site location is The Spring shopping mall.
People need to passvn Pending and Jalan Padungan to Jalan Sekama.
Masjid Darul Hana was located beside the main road of
Ulu. If people came from the site, the mosque was on the left.
Borneo Medical Centre and Kuching Sentral Bus Station are the nearest facilities from the site.
The Holy Trinity Church was located and Kampung Kenyalang Park.
The Chinese Temple as known as Bintawa Hawker Center was located at Kampung Bintawa on the North-west of the site location.
People need to pass by Jalan Sekama to go to the Kuching International Airport.

Jalan Kampong PuloThe ART service is part of Kuching Urban Transportation System project of which the control centre will be located at the proposed Rembus depot.
This hybrid train (hydrogen powered train) combines the functions of a bus, train, and tram and can transport up to 300 people at once.
The routes of ART line will be mixture of underpass, elevated routes and at grade the ART transport system should be ready by 2025.
The nearest station are located specifically at front of the site. This will be an intergreted Transit Oriented Development.
The site does not provide pedestrian walk to the public to get into the site

Lack of pedestrian walks and no proper accessibilities to get into and outside the site. Hence, this issue can be hazardous towards the pedestrians.
There are a lot of commercial buildings with a parking fees. Hence, the issue are illegal carparks on the side of the road
Provide pedetrian walks to the pedestrians for better accessibilities into the site.
Provide a buffer or railing at the side of the road to avoid illegal parking. The green buffer also can act buffer to avoid sound pollution from the main road and the industrial noise.
The site is close to the institution area, industrial and nearest commercial are which ease the occupants to reach the proposed site.
The site is having issues with rapid traffic congestion in the peak hours that may limit the traffic movement to the site.
OThe main road in front (north) of the site is compatible for applying ingress and egress to ease the movement of future residents at the site.
TDamaged pavement and flattened road bump can lead to the danger to the road users including the neighbourhood around the site because of no speed control.
