WHEN WE ASKED our Enterprising Woman, Candice Knight, to check her schedule to reserve time for our January cover shoot, we could see that it was going to be a difficult task for her. Juggling her medical practice, Knight Integrative Medicine, family life with husband and two children and community service was going to be a daunting task. All fell into place. We slowed her down long enough to relax and enjoy the pampering she received at Paris Parker Salon and Spa in Mandeville before her Enterprising Woman photo shoot. Her hair was styled by Hair Designer, E. Lee and her makeup expertly applied by Makeup Artist, Dionna Deliberto. Following her relaxing morning at the salon, we gathered at her office in Covington with Sophisticated Woman staff and our cover photographer, Steve Randon. Business Manager, Dana A.
