Es ist ziemlich wahrscheinlich, dass Sie bereits berühmte Erzeugnisse des von den Geschwistern Barbara, Sandro und Stefano erfolgreich geführten Familienunternehmens Bottega SpA kennen: den erstklassigen Alexander-Grappa oder den berühmten Prosecco in der Goldflasche. Jetzt überrascht das Haus mit einem Gin, gebrannt aus Wacholder aus der Region Veneto am Fusse der Alpen. In der edlen Flasche aus mundgeblasenem Glas steckt das uralte Know-how der Grappadestillation, jetzt adaptiert auf den Gin Bacûr.
Seit kurzem fliegt die SWISS drei Mal wöchentlich nach Breslau, Wroclaw auf Polnisch. Vor etwas über einem Jahr hat der Campo Modern Grill eröffnet und sich in kürzester Zeit zu einer der besten Adressen der Stadt und des Landes gekocht. Farmbesitzer Dieter Meier steuert sein argentinisches Fleisch bei, Küchenchef Tomasz Nowak kocht sich von Loblied zu Loblied. Auch das Interieur ist ausgezeichnet: Die Arbeit der Designschmiede Buck.Studio gewann kürzlich Gold bei den World Interiors News Awards 2018.
You are probably already acquainted with some of the famous products by Barbara, Sandro and Stefano, the siblings that run the Bottega SpA family business: the wonderful grappa Alexander or the company’s famous prosecco in the golden bottle. Now the company presents a surprising new release, a gin made from juniper berries harvested in the Veneto region at the foot of the Alps. The striking hand-blown glass bottle contains the ancient art of grappa distillation, adapted to create this Gin Bacûr.
As of this winter season 2017/2018, SWISS offers three flights a week to the Polish town of Wroclaw. The restaurant Campo Modern Grill opened just over a year ago and has quickly established itself as one of the best addresses in town. Farm owner Dieter Meier provides the Argentine beef, while head chef Tomasz Nowak cooks to rave reviews. The interior is excellent too: The design work by Buck.Studio has won the international World Interiors News Awards competition 2018.
