We offer SWISS Connect, a WLAN Internet connection with speeds that are similar to public hot spots on the ground, and are fast enough to access your e-mails, use social media or simply surf the Internet. – Connect to the SWISS Connect Wi-Fi. – Enter a web address in your browser. You will be redirected to the SWISS Connect portal. – Click “Go online now” and follow the instructions.

World of SWISS
The AeroMobile telephone roaming service allows you to use your own mobile phone during your flight for voice calls, text messaging and mobile data services. It works just like roaming abroad. – Turn off airplane mode (when you are permitted to do so). – You will be automatically connected to the AeroMobile network. – You will receive a “welcome” SMS from AeroMobile. You may also receive a pricing message from your mobile operator.
Billing
The charges for using the AeroMobile in-flight network are set by your mobile operator, and will appear on your monthly bill. These charges will be similar to international roaming charges. Please note: text messages can be received free of charge. If you do not wish to use the mobile data service, please deactivate the data roaming function on your mobile phone, to avoid being charged for inadvertent data use.
