For access to the latest employment law news go to the Current Awareness tab. Under the Browse section click on Document Type, then click on IDS Current Awareness.

IDS EMPLOYMENT LAW CASES You can access the IDS Employment Law Cases (ELCs) via the Books tab. Our unique collection of over 4,000 specialist case reports is arranged in an extensive taxonomy that covers the full range of employment and discrimination law.

DIRECT LINKS TO PRIMARY LAW You can link directly from any reference within the commentary to related cases and legislation via hyperlinks. There is also extensive linking between the reports within the ELCs database; between different articles in the Brief and the 10 Hanbooks should you also subscribe to this part of the service.
